Had an excellent evening at Zorba's. Food was superb, group ordered the mezzanine platter, shish kebab, and lamb shank. All were excellent. Some issues with food timing but they were understaffed for the crowd they ended up having. Servers were all pleasant and doing their best. A little patience and understanding resulted in a fun dinner with friends.

Lovely food and people. We got caught in a thunderstorm at there restaurant and they waited till it cleared with us before leaving. Friendly loving people. Felt like we were a guest in their home.

It opened at 11am and the only person there was my party and a young man cleaning. No AC on an 85° day so we sat outside where there was at least fresh air. The server showed up a few minutes late and got us water and then we could hear her from inside complaining about what the previous shift had left. She was nice to us, but clearly upset with coworkers. Ordered a BLT and Greek potatoes. The BLY was good but the potatoes had clearly come from the fridge and had not been heated thoroughly, being still cold and not at all fresh. Pretty disappointed. If that had been my first time there, I would not return.

my visit left much to be desired. The food was dry and overcooked, the drink was not fresh, and the service was lacking. Sadly, this combination of factors made it impossible for me to enjoy my time at the restaurant. I hope that this feedback can serve as an opportunity for improvement and help the establishment provide a better experience for future customers. However, the exceptional customer service exhibited by the manager, who decided not to charge me for the dish I couldn’t eat.

Our food was just okay. The tzatziki tasted badly. My husband got the fresh fish special. The lemon juice they used for the fish tasted like dirt. I had chicken shashlik which was very dry. The fries were reheated from frozen. The greek salad with house dressing was the best thing they had on the menu. The outdoor seating with ambience was nice and we were allowed to have our dog. However, I likely won’t return based on the food quality.

We've been here multiple times and we keep hoping the service would get better but it just, doesn't. While sitting waiting for our food, there was a couple sitting directly across from us and by the looks of it had been waiting a LONG time. The woman's good finally comes out but the man's was nowhere to be found. He ended up getting his food to go after she had already eaten her food. Another couple left complaining saying they waited two hours for hummus and pita. (We should have taken this as our sign and left after our appetizers). Finally our food started showing up, or so we thought. My sons food came out but the other little boys food didn't come out for 45 more minutes (by that time he had eaten half my sons food and wanted nothing to do with his food). Next out, came one of the adults steak. Rather than have him wait for all the other plates that were "coming right now" we told him to eat. 30 minutes later the rest of our food came out, one which included a chicken sandwich with a 1/4 of the skewer still in it. When we finally got our check, another waitress came up who could see we were clearly not happy and said "see everyone had the same experience". When I'm taking a group out and spending over $250, I'll take my business elsewhere. Unless they get it together, they'll be closed before the end of the year.

First, there were a few picky things - no Retsina, no squid, and no taramasalata. Some of the staff had no idea what Retsina or taramasalata even was. The response was "Well, if it's not on the menu, we don't have it". Second, the waitress was brand new, so that gets her a pass on the absent common Greek dishes, but she was easily distracted and very uneven regarding how much time she spent on each table. So, the service was very slow. She also allowed that the kitchen was staffed by only two people. She was hardly hustling, though. Third, the food took forever to come out and some - but not all - of it was cold. My main course was hot, side dishes were cold; my wife had only warm food, nothing cold or hot. Cold Greek oven potatoes, especially with what tasted like cinnamon on them (weird) is not a great selling point for a restaurant. In any case, that was our first and last time there. I can only assume (unless this was an "off" night) that the reason Zorba's has survived is because of where it is, not how it is.

Went there for an impromptu mid-week date night. The restaurant is super cozy with an amazing staff. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is charming and personable. We had the chicken and rice soup of the day, Greek salad, cheese manicotti, and the kabob specials. All were flavorful and delicious. We were stuffed by the time we worked through that so we didn't venture into dessert. We will definitely return and try more of the menu and recommend you try out this neighborhood gem.

Experience was terrible Walked in with a reservation and after being seated nobody spoke to us, brought us a menu or even water!! Amazingly the server visited the table full of Caucasian ladies 4-5 times walking past my wife and me. Do not recommend this place for people of color.

Tuesday Evening before Christmas. Very quiet. Server was very friendly and talkative. Overall food very good. We had the moussaka and gyro mix platter. Also the Greek sampler appetizer. All the Greek specialty dishes were excellent. Large portions. The mixed vegetables side was just canned vegetables. Tatziki sauce was excellent. Also has Greek beer and wine selection.

If you are looking for over priced, mediocre food, with poor service and shady business practices, this is your place. We were really hoping for some casual authentic Greek food but left very disappointed. The service was severely lacking (had to individually request more water, specials not mentioned, didn’t bus plates, food arrived at different times) but not terrible for a “cheap” dining experience. The food was “meh”: store bought pitas, wilted and down right SAD lettuce in the salad, mushy over cooked “fresh steam vegetables”, really over cooked lamb, warm wine, etc. Everything you would expect from a poorly run restaurant. But then it got egregious. When we got our bill there was a 20% “service charge”. This was not mentioned on the menu or by the server. I went to the counter to ask what it was and I was told it goes on bills over $50. Then when I spoke with the manager he said it was the tip even though there were also suggested tips on the bill. When I mentioned that it’s not right to add a charge without prior notice (ie typed on the menu) he said, “oh this is new”. Then turns to his server and says, “remind me to add this to the menu.” I willing to bet it never gets added. They are just slipping in an over charge. Bogus!

We had a large group with changing numbers for our reservation. Zorba’s was great with a large group! Food came out fast and it was delicious. I can’t wait to bring my family to dine at Zorba’s!

Food was delicious but it was lukewarm when we received it. Service was incredibly slow. Had to ask for sweetener for the tea and butter and syrup for our pancakes (should be automatically brought!). Very small restaurant but nice. Will go back and give them another chance.

Hidden surprise in quaint town of Main Street America shops and restaurants. It was really a treat to have great authentic Greek food away from the hustle and bustle of franchise stores.

Wonderful small restaurant with a nice variety of menu offerings. The waitress was attentive and the food was delicious. This is our second time visiting the restaurant and we will return again.

We went on a Saturday evening and were pleasantly surprised that it was not crowded. We were seated indoors immediately. After ordering, we noticed that most of the other diners had not yet received their meals. They did not appear to be understaffed as far as wait staff, but I don't know about the kitchen. It's good that we were not in any hurry as it took about 40 minutes after ordering to receive our food. We ordered an appetizer and two main courses, both of which also came with small salads. The appetizer arrived first, followed about 5 minutes later by the main courses and salads. We had to move appetizer items to other plates to have enough room on the small table. (We had a small 2-person table). However, overall, the food was excellent. I can highly recommend everything we ate (chicken kebab, Zorba's platter), as well as all the items we say others eating.
