Nice Italian restaurant in Weston. Good quality food, friendly staff & quick service. A bit pricey, but good quality. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for good S. Italian food.
I had never heard of or eaten at Zona Blu before but liked what I read online and booked a table for our group of 4 prior to a concert. Everything was outstanding, the service was friendly and impeccable, and I had the best version of a Moscow Mule ever. We will definitely return whenever we are in the area. Bravissimo!!!
Sixth time here and it is always consistently good. The food was delicious, the wait staff attentive and when we go there it is the difference between dining and just having dinner.
Another great find in the Weston area....I chose the pork chop special and I was wowed by the size of the chop and by how it was prepared--almost like a pork chop cordon bleu! I heartily recommend this dish and will choose it again when I return. Roasted potatoes were perfectly prepared. Nice pour on my martini and I chose one of the house Sardinian reds-great flavor and paired nicely with the chop. This would have been a 5-star night but my server was extremely busy--only two working this night--and did not provide the level of service that should have been provided...
Food was just ok. Flavors didn’t wow me! Dessert presentation was nothing special. A little pricey for what you get.
Loved this restaurant. Brought us back to what we experienced when we visited Italy last year.
Service was very comfortable, we did not feel rushed, enjoyed our time there with out-of-town friends. Enjoyable!
Great place delicious food
Food and service was outstanding as always. The waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu. Just wish the acoustics were a little better to keep the noise level down a bit. But that will never stop us from continuing to go there.
I was recommended this restaurant by a friend who lives in the area. Coming from an Italian background I am always skeptical to eating italian for I am very finicky. However, Zona Blu surpassed all of my expectations, the service was superb, Pasquale and the staff are very knowledgeable of the menu and the service was prompt. The food was excellent, the couscous style pasta was surprisingly al dente, the seafood was fresh. While we were short on time, we did not get to have dessert, but for sure we will return for a repeat!! Buonissimo!
like the atmosphere the service was great the waiters were very personable and and the tot had time to talk to you it was a great evening with press thank you
Beautiful restaurant with good food and great service.
As first-timers, it was nice to have the place meet our expectations from the website. Michael, our server, was very cordial, knowledgeable, efficient and attentive. The Sea Bass and Osso Buco Ragout were superb, but the Limoncello dessert was perfect. Our only (mild) complaint is the fresh Mozzerella was a bit tough. We’ll be back! J & C
We live in NYC but were in Weston, Florida recently. We were also in Sardinia recently. This restaurant is extraordinary and very authentic. We went to the restaurant two days in a row to sample as much of the menu as possible. Everything was exceptional. The wait staff is remarkable, Nathan in particular. By the way, the wine list is exceptional also. I am pleased I found this restaurant on Open-Table.
Excellent food great service reasonably priced would highly recommend it.
Sry average, bartender uninteresting and unfriendly and confused. Food good but nothing special. Nice wine.
Have now eaten here many times and it is consistently good.
Food, as well as service, was exquisite! I definitely recommend the Grilled Octopus and the Alfredo Linguini, which was prepared table-side...Amazing! Michael provided excellent service and answered every question we had with ease. I wish they would open another location closer to me :)
Excellent service and delicious food!
Recommend it but don't order the Branzino. This and Chilean Bass are my favorite fish. Even though the menu says it is a filet, it had a lot of bones. The joy and taste are lost when that happens. I have had the whole Branzino fish elsewhere with no bones. I got tired of eating it while having to remove all the bones, so sent back about half of it. The manager told the server to not credit me for any of it. Consider this in bad form and poor service. When I argued the point, I received credit. My family, who live near, will return but will not order the Branzino.
The food was excellent as was the service. It gets a little noisy when the restaurant is busy.
We looove Zona Blu as did our friends who were passing through. Great concept, management, service and food. And drink!
Zona Blu was a delightful hidden gem in a shopping center by Walgreen's. The decor was simple and tasteful, and even the menus were a pleasant blue color. We had the lobster ravioli and one of the chicken dishes - everything was very good. The surroundings were relatively quiet - a nice change from the other restaurants we had visited that week. The management was attentive and eager to please. I thought the prices were on the high side, but two of us shared three entrees which made it reasonable. We would go again if in the area.
The food was very good but after adding some salt and pepper
The food was mediocre at best. My veal scallopini was tough, while my date's lobster ravioli was just too fishy tasting which overwhelmed the cream sauce. The waiter made two mistakes with my order, bringing me the wrong soup and not bringing bread or water out until we asked. Nothing really stood out at all, so it wasn't really worth the premium price they charge.
Good food. Good vermentino wine. Excellent wait staff.
Hosted a business dinner for 6 here, international executives from Latin America and Europe. The feedback on food was outstanding across the group. Wine selection also highly regarded. The staff was sophisticated and attentive. Would definitely recommend and would return.
Was a little hard to find but well worth the effort. Excellent travelogue of Sardinia behind the bar.
Service was slow but friendly. She took back one of the two sea bass entrees as it was nearly raw when it arrived. The two pieces of fish were not even close to the same size. When the plate came back, the fish was dried out and over cooked. Our waitress never came back to check so we just left it. I’ve been several times and the food is either excellent or not good.
I took a chance based on online reviews, and was not disappointed. Zona Blu was a perfect end to a wonderful date. I would go again next time I’m in the area.
First one in for lunch. Food and service was great.
Excellent service and delicious food
Excellent service and the meal was absolutely delicious.
Kids love it! Great food, service and prices. Favorite hangout in Weston.
Excellent service and great food choices. The pulpo was perfect and so was the Chilean sea bass served on a delicious risotto.
We are a regular customer, appreciating the great food and exceptional service.
We were welcomed and ignored through asking for water 3 times.
Apparently the owners/manager felt like waiting in their friends who came in after us. We felt like outsiders. Our waitress turned out to be very nice and realized we were not treated well.
The food was good but not worth the lack of respect
Always great service & food.
Our server was great. Food was delicious. We hadn't been back for a couple of years bc our 1st experience was not good.
We will definitely be back from our latest dinner.
Only thing lacking was background music. Very quiet and not much ambiance.
