   We waited 55 minutes for a pizza that never arrived and had to switch to salads because the kitchen was so backed up—the waitress said it would have been another 25 minutes. Overall, a disappointing experience, not just because of the food but the service as well. For a place that markets itself to families, the staff seemed surprisingly unfriendly toward kids.

   We were struggling with a place to eat, this was the only place that could seat 3 with in 25min. I AM SO GLAD THEY COULD. It was a fun atmosphere, it was lively, we were greeted with a smile. The specials were discussed, the food was really good, the wait time was good. Will go back soon

   Our first visit and it was great. Our server Christina was attentive and answered our many questions about the menu. We settled on cheesy garlic bread and the fried mozarella nuggz to start with. Exceptional! We followed with the Spangler pizza with added tomatoes. Delish! My Cherry Limeade cocktail was refreshing and went down way too smoothly! Adam, the manager, checked on us twice and we had a very engaging conversation. All the staff were so friendly and happy to be there. It was busy even at 3:30pm, but our food came out very fast. Overall great experience! We will be back.

   Great experience. Made a reservation for a group of 8 and we had fantastic service and great food. All the pizza was delicious

   So helpful! Had a large party because of an after-school program. They were beyond accommodating.

    We eat here at least once a week. I have always reserved a table on the patio thru your app. Today when my party arrived, we were told that it was ‘1st come’. I showed my confirmation with Open Table and was still told that this did not matter. We politely waited and were sat with no silverware and not enough chairs for our party (4). I went to the hostess stand for additional silverware- she brought 1 back and said ‘this is all I can find’. The service is always great- no complaints, and we keep coming back because we love the food. The hospitality was severely lacking at this visit. It is clear there has been a lot of turnover in both servers and management. Please consider correcting the problems so that this establishment survives, unlike many others
