                                                  Our waiter seemed distracted...forgot to bring our drinks in a timely manner, didn't provide napkins and silverware until asked. When asked about the drinks, he said he didn't forget when he surely did. Table with a larger group seemed to be consuming his attention ahead of us. This experience is probably a "one off" and not typical, but it was annoying for us to have to remind him. We would still recommend the restaurant to others. Before leaving, we did speak to the manager to let him know about the service.

Ambiance was great, service was ok, the waiter explained to me what was going on, so I appreciated that. My only disappointment was the coffee was an after thought, terrible coffee.                                                   We had ordered one meal bowl to be Keto and explained exactly what to omit from the bowl. It came full of the ingredients we asked to be omitted. We also asked if the salmon was wild and we got an emphatic “Yes!”. It didn’t seem like a restaurant that would serve wild salmon and so we asked if the food server could confirm. She came back with a “no”. It would have been nice if she didn’t say something she didn’t know. We also asked for a spoon from 4 different food servers, assistants. We finally had to get up to get one ourselves. When we asked for our bill, we had to wait eons for it, even though we were eating at 4:00pm. The bill came with a dble charge for the bowl that was originally a mistake. They fixed that and removed the charge for the bowls. They were attempting to make up for the error by bringing over a bowl of ice cream, chocolate syrup and sugar cookies- all for the person who was on a Keto diet. The food overall was blah to lousy and although big eaters, none of us ate even a third of our meal.

                                                  Extremely loud. Almost zero service and no follow up. Rushed us to place order and then no service after. No refills for water and missed bringing ordered item. Sat next to huge party that we’re going in and out of the patio to smoke and smoking right on dining patio. The restrooms were filthy! This place has really gone down hill. Really disappointed. Thanks for the birthday dinner Zocalos.

                                                  I took my wife for Mothers Day. No waiting to be seated. The atmosphere was nice but a little loud for me. My wife enjoyed it. During our food order I made sure to tell them no mushrooms on my plate….however after it arrived, it was loaded with them. I think the waiter was new because he seemed a little stressed as he was taking our order. After not seeing him for awhile I was able to get the attention of another waitress who redid my plate and apologized. I didn’t fuss because they were working g extremely hard. In all, first time there wasn’t too bad

                                                  It's usually a good experience, but I have noticed a steady decline in the quality of the overall experience for a while. This time there were a lot of things that could have been handled better. The food was good and the workers were pleasant, which helped make up for any hiccups. There were some things that I felt were handled poorly. I had a reservation for mother's day and confirmed it when the confirmation request came the morning before. They called me at 10:15pm the night before my reservation to confirm again. I called the next morning to confirm it again, even though I went back and reconfirmed online after the missed phone call. I was told it was good that I called because they were going to cancel my reservation. It was a little troubling to me that I had to confirm 3 times. I also found it odd that they called after 10pm on the night before the reservation. There were also some service related issues during our visit that kind of brought the whole experience down. We had no server and sat waiting at least 30 minutes before the manager caught on and came to take a drink order and asked if we wanted to order food too. For the remainder of the visit no one checked on us, we had to stop people a couple of times and we had to ask someone to take our payment so we could leave.

                                                  It was Mother’s Day so it was very busy and we understand there are anticipated delays, but our server was unfortunately not very attentive. We waited more than 30 minutes to get out coffee (and we only got it after we reminded the server we hadn’t gotten out coffee). We didn’t get our water re-filled at any point nor did our server check in on us again after we got our food. We had to flag her down to get the check too. The ambience was great though.

The staff was friendly, food came out fast, and they even allowed dogs on the patio. Due to Covid it was tough finding reservations for big groups and this place did not disappoint! Would definitely come back!
