   Lovely meal and great service as usual. When we arrived they had no record of our booking, but on showing our confirmation email they were able to immediately find us a table, despite it being very busy with Christmas parties.

   Good food, service and lucky they weren't busy, as they had no record of my OpenTable booking. Probably won't use OpenTable online booking again, will just phone the restaurant.

   Great food and very friendly service. I had booked on line but there was no record of my booking on arrival. I did have a confirmation email but seating wasn't an issue. Zizzi's must ensure accuracy as had they been busy I could have been turned away.

   We have being at Zizzi before, we keep going back because they serve nice food, it's friendly and the service is good..

   Hadn't been for a meal here in over a year but really enjoyed the whole evening. Service was good and food very nice. Unfortunately, although we had booked through Open Table and received confirmation, we weren't shown on the restaurant's booking list for the evening but they found us a table and made us welcome.

   Arrived after booking online through Open Table a week eat lier .... couldn't find my booking and still no apology even after I showed my confirmation email. The manager even asked if I was sure I hadn't booked under the name Miss Cook! Didn't get our evening off to a great start. We were eventually sat between two large groups so it was very loud and difficult to hear. Waitress was lovely. Welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our starters but we did think mixed seafood was rather pricey. Two of us had the lamb pizza. ... so tasteless and disappointing .... a large base with a few sparse toppings. My husband couldn't eat it ..... I had the Sea Bass priced at £15:95 which was nice but nothing special and I only ordered this as we had a 25% off food voucher. Overall it was ok .... we were glad we had our discount voucher. But we wouldn't rush back. ... there are other Italian chain restaurants we much prefer. And still waiting for them to bring back their Zabioni pudding!

    Poor quality and just warm food, grumpy staff, overpriced wine (low quality Prosecco £25) and is as Italian as tinned spaghetti. If I owned this restaurant I would be ashamed of the overall appearance, staff, food selection and quality of cooking - if in Italy it would rapidly close down through lack of custom. Come on guys if you are pretending to be Italian do something right!
