   Zizzi has lots of food options besides pizza so it was great even if not everyone fancy pizza. The pizza looked massive but thankfully was thin and crispy. We had a sharing platter starter which was large but very delicious. Overall a good experience and will eat there again.

   Lovely Mother's Day lunch at Zizzi in Henley. We were time constrained and the service was swift and efficient. Children's menus were good, and our food was also lovely.

   The restaurant did not have a record of my booking - even though I had been asked by text to confirm. Fortunately they were able to find a table for 6 of us and we enjoyed our family gathering.

   It was OK. First starter icy cold, but replaced and no charge so service good that way. Restaurant lacked atmosphere. Good wine. Dessert disappointing Been to other Zizis that were great but would not return to this one

   Booked through you and when we arrived they knew nothing of our booking. Waitress took our drinks order and came back 15 minutes later and asked us if we wanted drinks. We were the first in at 12 as we had children. At that point we asked to see a menu. Our starters finally arrived 45 minutes after we arrived. Main of Frito Misto was greasy. We asked for the bill at the point of getting our main as seevice was slow abs shocking. Will not be using the Henley branch again. Majority of staff were lethargic apart from one very chirpy waitress.

   Slow service. Waited 50 minutes for our one starter. Mains came out more quickly but still slow. Food was good when it did arrive...
