   Very poor service. Undercooked fish. One main was not put in and didn’t arrive until the end of the meal. We had to wait for our reservation although the place was half empty. By far the worst dining experience I’ve had in Glasgow.

   Food was very good but service was pretty average. We booked through open table app but staff didn’t seem to have any records of booking. We were sat at a table but although there were 4 of us we only had cutlery for 3 people. Food was served pretty quickly but when it came to getting the desserts for the children, again no cutlery came with that so they had to improvise and eat ice cream with a fork! As for the bill, the waiter couldn’t deal with basic arithmetics to divide it into 2 halves! Shame, as food was of a good standard but service was not up to scratch and Nobody seemed to b in charge. Won’t b back for a while , I’m afraid !

   SHOCKING! I had to award one star to get to this point, I actually never experienced the restaurant as they claimed they hadn’t received my booking via this app despite acknowledging that it had been made, so I don’t actually award them any stars! They offered us a minimum half hour wait for a table and no apology! We went to Cafe Andaluz next door and spent our £150 there, they were very nice and very accommodating, more than could be said for the restaurant we’d actually booked! Cafe Andaluz rescued our son’s 15th birthday meal, a massive thanks to them. Not a great experience of either Opentable or ZIzzi’s Glasgow West end.

   Never feels part of a chain- no comparison to other Zizzi restaurants. Great location- friendly and attentive staff Food delicious Always a joy to eat there

   Enjoyable afternoon lunch with extended family, food and service was good. Will come back again for sure.

   Turned up and found It was closed for refurbishment so not too happy to have received a confirmation email and a ‘ how was your experience’ Mail .

   Food was lovely but they brought out the main meal when we still had our starter on the table. Place wasn’t busy and we were in early so not sure of the rush.

   Arrived for our booking at 7.45 and didn't get our mains until ten o clock at night. The food was over cooked. Disappointing to say the least.

   Rustic pizzas were yummy. Overall good dining experience let down by long waiting time for the bill despite asking for it twice.

    Made a last minute booking. The food is what you would expect from an Italian Chain restaurant with thin crust pizzas being a standout, but what made the difference this trip was the exceptional service we had. Staff were friendly and helpful, a wee bit chatty about the menu in a good way. While we had a good table position, my only gripe was an extremely boisterous dining group a couple of tables away, who clearly had had one too many. I would recommend this place for dinner with friends but not necessarily if you are on a romantic date.
