   Food and service were good. Only thing that we wouldn't have again is the calzone because it was mostly pizza dough and not much in it. The location was good for a pre theatre meal.

   So disappointed with Zizzi - it used to be one of my favourites but has really gone downhill. The girl who served us looked miserable and angry, as if we were inconveniencing her. We were sat at a window table, wedged in between other people. The food arrived within 5 minutes, which always makes me suspicious of how it has been made, and didn't give us enough time at all to settle in and anticipate. It arrived before our drinks (tap water), which had been forgotten by the same waitress. The salad my friend ordered looked awful - hardly any lentils and some sad lettuce leaves. We were asked if our food was okay, but after plates had been cleared, no offer at all was made for desserts, coffees, or anything else we might like. We were so disappointed as we've had a lovely time in previous years.

   the staff were friendly enough, but the food wasn't up to Zizzi standards I have been used to before.

   Last minute booking for a group of 8 They did a great job and the food was perfect as was the service and surroundings

   When we arrived the staff weren’t expecting us, not very good if it had been busy. Pizza very good.
