Zinqué - Scottsdale

Really odd experience. To really highlight how weird it was - when they brought my husbands food, they told us they were out of what I’d ordered. And they put in another order for me. Which was not what I wanted to eat. When I told them that, they gave me a menu to peruse, but ultimately, brought the dish I said I didn’t want and never came back again. I’ve never heard of something like that happening before.

Whole place smells awful - drinks and food ordered would be missed and come 20-30 min later

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We have eaten at Zinque Newport Beach in the past and enjoyed it. Scottsdale was a different story. Mistake on our order led to food brought to the table out of sequence. The manager apologized and comped the appetizer. Ironically when we received our bill they provided a recommended % tip based on bill with appetizer. Bottom line...we won’t be back.

Second visit. This is our go to with out of town guests. Food was very good and as well as the drinks. Service was great. Sat outside and the ambiance was delightful.

Music was loud and annoying. Burger small and over cooked. Servers were terrific but we won't go back.

We enjoyed our visit but we felt the service was apathetic at best.

The only thing the restaurant had going for itself was the food and drinks. Which the drinks were overpriced. The hostess sat us at the table and while she was still passing out menus the server came over to get everyone’s drink order. Ended up ordering something I don’t usually go for because I felt so pressured. Food was good but nothing to write home about. And the patio seating is next to the valet so get ready for some car noise and honking.

Worst experience at a nice restaurant I’ve had. I took my wife here for a fun little spontaneous date night and we couldn’t leave quick enough. The service was absolutely horrid. They never refilled our waters, we asked for a wine menu and they never came back to see what we wanted. I ordered the meat and cheese charcuterie plate and it was delivered without any description of what was being served.
Our waiter probably came to our table a total of 3 times over an hour. After we were finished we stacked our plates and waited for about 20 minutes before someone finally came over. Their excuse for the delay was that they had a 5 person 75th birthday party. The restaurant was not busy at all. Completely unacceptable. If you’re thinking about going here, DONT. Instead go next door to Francine. They know how to treat their customers.

Excellent food and ios value overall great casual spot

This is honestly my favorite place. It’s such a great option for brunch. You can not go wrong dining here.

Service was great, lots of different staff came by to check on us. Good food and drinks in a nice area.

Last weekend we went for dinner. My experience was disappointing. Menu was nothing special and overpriced. Food came out before we even had our drinks, entrees came out cold and before we finished the appetizers.
The atmosphere was nice and music was good. Unless they change the quality of food, menu and service we won’t return.

Our server was FANTASTIC. Would go back just to have her wait on us. The food was decent, just wasn't blown away. The cocktails were GREAT. Lively scene and lots of fun to people watch. Would go back for drinks and an app and the ambience.

This was a birthday dinner and it was super disappointing! Service was slow and not attentive or friendly. After two hours at our table, we were told they had another reservation. I’ve frequently eaten at much nicer restaurants and stayed far longer and never been asked to leave for someone else.

The food was overpriced and of moderate to subpar quality. We tried something new and really regretted this choice.

A lovely restaurant in Scottsdale mall. High end food with not so high end cost. Staff and setting were excellent. A great dine out experience. The branzino omg. Fantastic.

Our server the whole night was not attentive. We had to wave her down to be able to order our dinner. The food was good but not great. I ordered the salmon, which I felt was a little overdone. I heard from others their brunch is better. We also were charged extra for party size seating when it was only my two friends and I. The manager the following day was very friendly and accommodating to refund us, but is something I think our server should have caught.

Fantastic service

So fun to sit out by the fire and celebrate my friends 50th bday! I just ate at the Newport Beach location 2 weeks ago. Great food and great drinks!

Meal was delicious and the wait person was prompt, thorough and efficient. My only complaint was an adjacent table needed cleaning and remained that way entire time e were there. Overall excellent.

Everything was great! I loved the tuna tartare tatin! Great service and champagne! Jeff, the manager, was great!

Great new addition to the Scottsdale scene. Tucked in between more expensive restaurants so it's nice to have another option not as pricey with great food and fun vibe. Front patio is great!

I ate there 4 times in the past ten days, and each time I brought new friends to try it. I would say I "love Zinque"!

Enjoyed our experience, the decor, and our server was excellent. Overall it was great and we’ll like that, but I just have to say one thing: $18 for a glass of Meoimi is excessively high. Many restaurants serve it and NEVER have I seen it at that price. I really think you should consider revisiting that price point. Thank you!

Birthday dinner was great! Even provided a complimentary dessert. Food was amazing!

What a great place with a wide open concept but with an eclectic décor, think couches and comfy chairs at rustic wooden tables. This gives the dinning experience an intimate feel. They have a great out door seating area as well, including an outdoor fireplace. The food is creative with wonderful flavors that remind me of eating in the French countryside at a friends house. Jeff the manager was amazing and took the time to explain the history of the restaurant. Our servers were friendly and attentive. And best of all the menu selection had something for everyone, from vegetarian to meat-eater. We will be back.

Great staff, great location, unsuspecting menu items were wonderful! Definitely listen to the waitstaff recommendations/ they were great!

A little too dark could not read menu. Wow the staff was absolutely outstanding !!! Like every person that served us. The bartender even came over to make sure my drink was on point! That’s excellent service! The girls were so sweet and accommodating! Outstanding staff!

Mussels wee just ok .. at least 8-9 not opened .. minimal broth and not tasty at all .. carpaccio was very good
