We really enjoyed Zinque! Out waiter was Michel and he was fantastic—-great recommendations and just the perfect amount of attentiveness. The La Francaise and the Smoked Salmon Tartine paired perfectly for me. My honey enjoyed The Bowl with warm chicken as well. We will definitely be back!
Per usual, the experience was great. Food was fabulous!
Food was very mid, and my three of my plates had spiders in them.
The whole experience was disappointing. Food was just mediocre; service was poor. And it's not cheap.
Great food, great waiter. Great Christmas dinner!
Good food, accommodated us same day with outdoor seating and by the fire. Chilly but worth it.
My favorite place to go!
Came here for HH with my friend - place was packed!!! They have a great happy hour menu - lots of items for both food and drinks which is great since most places only have drinks, not so much food (and I don't drink which makes it harder for me to enjoy HH). Great prices to sample a few items - only it seemed so packed that the kitchen was in such a hurry...quite a few of our food items came out either overcooked or burnt (the salami toast was inedible/I thought I was going to crack a tooth biting into the hard toast; the quiche was burnt on the top and bottom). Their flatbread was def a winner and I love their shoestring fries...crispy, nicely salted to perfection. Their Pan con Tomato with Prosciutto was quite tasty for how simple it was...quite surprised. I'd gone to the Zinque in Venice before so I knew their food was pretty good - perhaps just be wary of their HH since it's overrun with ppl so they cannot prep their food with as much care?
Food was great as always. Service was good.
It was uncomfortable and stupid not to have paper menus
Surprisingly accomplished and very tasteful food preparation (for restaurant in a mall). Excellent value for menu items.
We've tried a number of items and can heartily recommend the salmon which is ample, super with the ratatouille and yogurt sauce, as well as beet salad and watermelon salad, etc.
Also attractive wines by glass list.
No particular ambience.
The food was amazing. Service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and go back.
We enjoyed ourselves and had great service. We liked the fact that we could outside or in and that tables inside were well distanced. I will be back.
Second time where before the restaurant closed the waiters starting cleaning and folding napkins for the next day in fromt of guests and ignoring service all together. Very rude to start doing this while guests are present.
Burrata and prosciutto are amazing. Smoke salmon carpaccio has a ton of salmon in it and the quiche is baked just right. We had a lovely dinner quite to my surprise because the West Hollywood branch does not have as great of selection as here.
The nice weather made it so much more inviting. Great casual dinner place.
The outdoor seating area and the view were lovely. The service was great, as was the apertif. This was my third time, and the food was only fine this time. Nothing to write home about. We had the pan con tomate, le bowl, brussel sprouts, and my friend also had the roasted chicken with fries. The brussel sprouts had the most flavor. Le bowl and pan con tomate were fine. My friend said the chicken was overcooked. On my first two visits, I had the branzino and flourless chocolate cake and those were both really good.
I felt bad for my waiter, because it was so busy he felt very overwhelmed and started to get confuse which bill to give me. Food did kind of take a little long, but it was pretty good. I will be visiting again.
When we went out tin Zinque it was a very “light” day for the restaurant in the evening. We had ordered our food about 10-15min after sitting down, and it took 45 minutes for the servers to bring out food… in THREE separate 15-20min intervals. My friends and I each ate our meals separately… a flatbread, a quiche, and a burger… the waiter said “sorry there’s absolutely nothing I can do” with zero attempt to make anything right, the server was rude to me and made his accidental dropping off of wrong food to me was MY fault, and the waiter told us “no, you can wait since you’re not in a hurry” when we had asked for the check. I don’t think I’m coming back here considering how crummy the service was and how rude the waiters and servers are… for $150+ for three people with a tip, I’d expect better. You’ll get better service at a Chili’s, Cheesecake Factory, or hell, even a fast food restaurant than here, with nicer people too.
Skip this place.
Everything is great but they do not course out the food. I’ve been twice bone and they just dump everyone at your table at the same time. Otherwise, five stars!
If was all great ?
Great menu. The quiche Lorraine is amazing. The berry cobbler is worth every calorie. Great wine menu. Beautiful restaurant. Not your typically restaurant in a mall.
Service was excellent. However, the kitchen got one of three orders wrong once, and another one twice. Waiters were all gracious, apologetic and tried to be helpful, but I had the strong impression the kitchen was not operating as well as it should have.
Ambience, and food were very good service was good but I felt we were being rushed a little
Great food and kind service
Great spot for food and drinks. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Good food, nice friendly service and wonderful atmosphere!
I love coming here. Always assured great, fast service and flavorful food. Beautiful space and fun ambience.
They only had a table in the bar. Extremely narrow table with very uncomfortable seating. The music was so loud it was impossible for our group to converse.
The food was OK, not spectacular. Service was very uneven come up with dishes arriving at seemingly random intervals. It was literally not enough room on the table call mom for all the food and all the plates.
Not a place I would plan to visit again
Birthday - great seats- good good selection- a bit over priced
Love the salads!!!
Great food, wine and view!
Very consistent experiences
atmosphere, food and service were on point.
Service was a bit slow, food was more enjoyable on my previous visit
Service was great as always. Food was great as always too.
Family all enjoyed food and service. This place is a real find.
Food was delicious!! Everything from the Brussels Sprouts and Burrata to the flat breads and quiche...everything was amazing! Service was excellent. Very happy.
Service, food, and overall experience was wonderful!
Fries, sausages, burrata, prosciutto, ratatouille, lasagna and whole branzino for 3 good friends and a new friend from Washington. All so delicious that we had to have dessert-berry crumble and flourless chocolate cake. Cocktails are really good as well. Waiters and host are professional and friendly. My friends could not stop telling me that I made a really good choice with Zinque. Their first and certainly not their last!
Great ambiance, good food great time!
