The service was very attentive. The Potatoes au Gratin Dauphinois we not cooked and we returned the dish. All they did was out in under the grill again and brought it back Still raw and uncooked through. They did take it off the bill, but we were disappointed that they did not make a whole new fresh batch for us.
The cocktails were great.
The waitstaff completely ignored us while still serving the tables around us. We left after 30 minutes not even getting to put in a single order for drinks. Very bad service.
Friends birthday
My entree came 8 minutes after my husband’s. The manager was smart: took my entree off the bill.
Good tasting food, bad service. Waiter had a terrible attitude. Snotty attitude for a mall restaurant. Nothing special about the ambiance being located outdoors at the roof of the mall, but our food tasted good. The panini bread was hard to chew though. Great sangria.
Great ambiance. Food was good, not outstanding. Very fun evening.
The food is okay. The price though is a little to expensive for some food items.
Michael front host was super rude and called me a lier. We came for our reservation Michael told us they don’t have a table outside and told us to come back in 15 min. We came back and he told us that he never said to come back in 15 min and called me a lier, while he was seating guests after later reservations. Then he got aggressive and started attacking me verbally. I was so upset!!
The manager came and sat us at the table the experience was ruined, he should be fired: nobody in my whole entire life ever was so rude to me at any restaurants
Loved the rooftop space, service, and healthy menu.
Very pleasant evening. Good food - good wine - great waiter!
The fries are so good, thin and perfectly salted. Tasted most of their food which is really good and prices are reasonable considering they are located at the mall in Century City. Cocktails are also good and wine list, although not extensive should satisfy any wine craving. The wait staff and the host/hostess are professional yet friendly.
Great spot and great service!!! Food and drink were above average.
We will return. Thanks
The food is great
We love Zinqué and are so glad for the Century City location! Dined there the other night and every dish tasted incredible. We especially loved the au gratin potatoes. It was fun to revisit, we hadn’t been since our first date nearly 6 years ago at your Venice location. Perfect tapas-esque style cuisine for our vegetarian diet. We’ll definitely be back!
Great service, great spicy margarita. Definitely cold so wear a jacket.
Came for brunch, took over 25 minutes to get a server. Servers were not friendly or personable at all. Drinks came out after our entrees, just not a great experience, had higher hopes for this one.
Great happy hour from 5-6:30pm. They have yummy cocktails and good food. The location is great for viewing sunset.
Please buy some high chairs.
You are inside a mall and families dine with kids/babies.
Your chairs are very uncomfortable for a tiny person to sit on.
Average food which would've turned up more quickly had the staff not spent the entire time at one table chatting to their friends (who had come in for lunch).
Both food and service were outstanding! My favorite was the potato gratin. We will be returning soon
The service was mediocre, but we enjoyed the food and the ambiance.
the wine was an abomination. the food was ok. if you're going to century city then go to terra or rock sugar or javiers or honestly anywhere else.
Food was fantastic. Service was a bit spotty and slow but could have just been an off day. I would return and try it again.
Service could be better. They dont check on you enough. I had a hair in my food and they fixed that fast, at least for that. Food is always good and drinks. Just service needs to improve
I love the Zinque in West Hollywood but the one in Century city needs to get organized and prepare the food better.
The servers were not very good. Poor service. Hire better people who have more experience. One person didn’t even speak English and asked me if I spoke Spanish.
Will definitely frequent this place when we are in the mood for a casual setting, like breakfast and lunch. Not so much a dinner place.
Had dinner during Dine LA and it was a great deal! Really big poritions and the French fries were amazing. Would definitely go back.
Love this place. My new favorite spot at Century City. Beautiful ambience and delicious food. I will be gladly returning :)
Always so solid! The Le Bowl is the best!
This is a great new addition to Century City and more convenient for me than the West Hollywood location. Food is reliable and good selection of wines. Expansive outdoor patio area that provides plenty of space between tables. Professional service. Zinque is very consistent. The quality of food and service here was consistent with what I have experienced at West Hollywood.
Great vibe, delicious food, beautiful decor and service fantastic!
Good food and wine. May want to bring an extra layer if you have dinner in the evening.
Host and server were both excellent.
I have been trying to locate restaurants that serve happy hour during pandemic....many have simply stopped or minimized menu options during promo periods. I had read online reviews that said service was not great here but decided to give it a try. From the moment we sat til we left, we had great service... we ordered via phine for the first round, then ordered directly by waiter for 2nd rounds...the HAPPY HOUR menu had a great variety from flatbreads, quiche, to shrimp or pork belly tacos...tons of wine to choose from...great outdoor seating with a view from every seat! Can't wait to go back! Welcome to the neighborhood!
Easy, food was good, ambiance was nice. Enjoyed my time.
We arrived at 3:40pm for lunch being served from 11am-4pm. We were given menus, but the server did not ask for our order until 4:02pm and at that point, they said they could not serve us lunch and quickly swapped out our lunch menus for dinner menus and wouldn’t even honor a lunch order because “their computers automatically switched to the dinner menu.” The hostess was rude as heck, too, by the way. Will never dine here again.
Also, no heaters. It gets pretty windy in that mall on that level so heaters would have made the setting more comfortable.
Do not go here for dinner or with a group!
If anything go to this location for a cocktail or snack but not dining as their services are horrible and slow.
Beautiful outdoor patio! Delicious appetizers and entrees (Tuna Tartine Tartar!).
Lovely patio (we found a corner out of the wind). Enjoyed very much all of our dishes: brussel sprouts, grilled shrimp, charcuterie/cheese board, and wine. Not a place to get cheap happy hour deals, but an upgrade from the restaurant that used to occupy that space.
Staff is very friendly, helpful, professional, and attentive. My mouth is watering right now as I think of their fries. Thin and slightly crunchy with enough saltiness. The food is not phenomenal but nevertheless delicious. Their cocktails are really good and they have happy hour.
