Zinc is the perfect combination of restaurant & cocktail lounge…relaxed lunch and lounge by day, restaurant and cocktail hotspot by night.

Alfresco or indoor dining offers a sophisticated tropical dining experience, an elegant venue for a romantic dinner or casual catch up with friends. The menu presents fine, contemporary Australian cuisine with a hint of French & Italian flare, utilizing the abundance of fresh local seafood, through to locally grown tropical fruit & vegetables.

With an excellent wine list of over 100 wines, combined with a cocktail & beverage menu which includes 8 beers on tap and some outstanding new age cocktails, there’s something for everyone.

Located just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Four Mile Beach.

    Zinc is one of our favorite restaurants and we look forward to dining there at least twice when we visit visit Port Douglas.

    Sensational! We shared the seafood tasting plate for two with paired wines (approx 5 courses) each course was superb, tasty & “clean” the paired wines were perfect, each course & wine were described by the waiter, we were met with a complimentary champagne on arrival as mentioned in booking it was our anniversary. Our waiter was friendly & efficient & made us feel special. 5 star food & 5 star service, highly recommend. Would go as far as saying one of the best meals & service ever experienced! Our favourite restaurant in Port Douglas!

    This is a great restaurant have dined there often when visiting this area. Was disappointed last night that for a $48 prawn linguine there were Five (5) small to medium prawns only, the waiter even looked surprised, $10 a prawn is unreasonable. Disappointed to say the least even with a $9 bill reduction. Worth experiencing but maybe don’t go there famished.

    We dined at Zinc on a Sunday night. Service was terrible, waited 20 minutes from when we were seated to be served for a drink. We then were told after trying to order chicken skewers and beef ragu that they were unavailable at 7pm… I also requested Parmesan which the waiter never brought out. Very disappointing for the price you pay to have terrible service.

    Always amazing food , drinks and service ! Had the most amazing Barramundi , but please bring back the old seafood pasta , it was the best !

    If you’re from Melbourne, it probably won’t blow your mind—but it’s still a decent spot. The French lady looking after us was incredibly friendly, which made the experience more enjoyable
