   It started out a bit awkward with the young girl seating us not saying one word of greeting or anything. It improved quickly once our server came over and she was really awesome. There were 5 of us and we all enjoyed our meals and its a nice, casual atmosphere.

   Couldn’t have been more perfect for my out of town guests!! Patrick was our outstanding waiter/bar tender and also personally waited on us, Joseph stopped by to greet us and David, one of Zin’s delightful managers, greeted, welcomed and seated us! My two great nieces from Virginia and my brother from Michigan were thrilled with not only the food, but the genuine hospitality!

   Very fun place! Traveling on vacation and followed some local suggestions. Everyone enjoyed all their meals. Our server, Teni was a SuperStar! We will certainly be back next time in Tucson.

   Visited Zinburger to celebrate two different birthdays. We had reservations, so we were seated immediately, which was wonderful! The server was great and super thorough! He refilled drinks without you hardly noticing and didn’t miss a thing. The menu was super easy to read, although prices are a bit high, especially seeing that entrees don’t come with a side (you order that separately). Our large group ordered a variety of dishes including onion rings, sweet potato fries, zucchini fries, parmesan ranch fries, burgers, chicken sandwiches, a burger bowl and several milkshakes. The onion rings didn’t have much seasoning in the batter and were served with BBQ sauce (a little strange). The sweet potato fries lacked seasoning, didn’t have much flavor, and were served with this super odd yogurt and chive sauce (not a favorite whatsoever). Zucchini fries and parmesan ranch fries were tasty along with all of the burgers, chicken sandwiches, and burger bowl. Milkshakes were our favorite! Overall, it was a good visit.

    This was our first visit to Zinburger. We are in Tucson on vacation from Michigan. I cannot think of a better place to “thaw out” than Tucson and Zinburger has been on our must try list.

    We Love Zin burger it’s one of the few places we consistently get excellent service and the food is always tasty. What’s more, my 3 year old loves the Mac and cheese it’s the only thing we have been able to get her to eat at any restaurant. Zin burger is always at the top of our list when we decide to go out to eat.

    We love Zinburger. We go there often but we always request the back dining room because it’s so loud in the main dining room and my husband is hard of hearing even with his hearing aids. Our waitress was wonderful. We’ve had her before and she always does everything perfectly. We love the chopped wedge salad. It’s always cold and crisp. So good. Our burger was perfectly cooked! French fries were hot. Everything was perfect

    Popped in for a late dinner on a Sunday night. Took a bit for server to take our order & bring our drinks, but then the food came out very quickly so we were happy. Burgers were great - I had the classic cheeseburger & fries which were perfect and my husband had the Sam burger with onion rings which were excellent. Definitely a reliable, tasty local place to go for burgers.

    Wow. We’ve been eating at the River Rd Zinburger location and hadn’t tried Grant until now. As outstanding as River Rd is, the Grant Rd may be even better - which is saying a lot! We had an absolute blast here! My word, the chicken wings might be even better than the burgers, which are delicious. Wings are not just moist and tender but SO crispy, they’re perfect! And these French fries are also fantastic! And the burgers, well, that’s, for most people, why you come here. They’re great! And the service is excellent! That’s hard to do because this is a sizable restaurant, LOTS of tables to attend to. But the service kept up nicely. Friendly, too. Just loved the experience. Will definitely return. In fact, we ARE returning today!

    Windy outside so the fabric shades were flapping around right by our table. Would have been cold without them but it was kind of annoying. Not much anyone could do. But the food and service were amazing, as always.

    Been to Zinburger before and had a good experience. This time around felt like we were dining somewhere we'd never been to before. Ambiance/attention to details was lackluster. Make shift vase with wilted dying flower at our table was probably the first sign. Loaded french fries for $8 were very sad looking in both portion and being loaded. Our server even commented on how the order looked a bit dinky. Took the fries away and said she'd bring us a new order. Manager delivers the next attempt at loaded fries and I'd say there were maybe a couple of extra fries on the plate. An order of Eegees Ranch Fries would put these loaded fries to shame. Burger was ordered medium temperature, and received a medium rare, more rare in the center. Best part of meal was the root beer float.

    We love the food! The wedge salad is always cold and crisp! Our favorite! The burger and fries delicious! The noise level is always really loud! The lack of ceiling buffer in big room is terrible for someone with hearing aids so we always request the private room, or weather permitting, the patio because It’s much easier to be heard. But we did notice the chairs are looking rather worn and dirty. Need to be painted or something. But we still love going there. One of our favorites.

    I am gluten free -- Gluten free bread is disgusting if not toasted or grilled. Normally, I request that my bun is toasted and/or grilled. Each and every time I am told that I don't need to make that a special request -- all buns are grilled unless requested that they not be. Last night, I did not make that special request and my bun was not grilled or toasted and was falling a part all over my plate every time I picked up my hamburger. I ended up taking it off of the bun and just eating the meat. I was looking so forward to my meal and was extremely disappointed.

    Everything was great, as it always is. Hoping my fries would have come before my main meal, but turned out ok .Zinburger is always a great restaurant to take out-of-town visitors to, as we did last week. The California Bowl is one of the best things on the menu.

    Our server Felipe was fabulous! Sadly, the restaurant was dirty- we were there at 3:30 originally to eat on the patio but walking up you could see the trash on the ground and all the tables were dirty. Not any better inside. The place was not packed with people so I guess that's why it was so noticeable and disgusting. I have no plans to return.
