We love Zinburger! Our server was amazing. I wish I remembered to get her name! We’ve had her before, and she remembered us! She always gives us great service and she’s super sweet! Food was brought in a timely manner. Hamburger was good as always. French fries were lukewarm but still good. My husband got his chocolate milkshake, which he loves. And since my birthday was Saturday and I received a Fox gift card for my birthday, I got my piece of chocolate cream pie to take home, and it was delicious as always. The noise level is always too loud in there especially for someone wearing hearing aids. I normally try to request the little side room, but the doors were closed today so I figured you had a party in there, but that’s where we prefer to sit had I remembered to ask for it. But there are times when we’re told it isn’t available so I didn’t even ask for it today. But we do love Zin Burger!

The service was slow, not due to the server’s hustling! They were that busy. Burgers obviously sat a while before we got them.

Our first visit to this Zinburger. Without a doubt, the best burgers in Tucson. Eddie was an outstanding server. We’ll be back!

We were sat right on time and the service was great! My only complaint is that it seems like the portions have gotten smaller - both burgers and fries. It’s still one of our favorite places to go, but hope the portions don’t keep getting smaller.

Thank you for your review Jennifer. I'm sorry to hear about portion sizes as we have not changed any but we understand somethings can definitely be effected during service. Our burger patties are still 6.5oz for all our burgers except the diner burger which is still a 3.5oz patty. We had a very nice lunch at Zinburger. Wait staff was very attentive and our food was served in a timely manner. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

After being seated by the hostess we waited 15 minutes with no staff approaching our table. I went back to the hostess and asked if she could help find our server for the table. After 5 minutes a server came to take our order with no apology or mention of the delay. The food portions are smaller now…smaller bun, smaller burger, smaller portion of zucchini fries. (Price is the same) Probably won’t be going back to this restaurant.

The pacing of the food was poorly executed. We were told our meatball appetizer would be delayed because they were making a new portion, the meatballs came out about 30 minutes later and the burgers were at our table before we even started on the meatballs. There was no coordination at all. The burgers were very salty but otherwise good. The banana creme pie was great
