Beau décor et bonne ambiance. Clairement décevant côté cuisine. La tajine aux olives et citron était très amer et contenait littéralement que deux olives. Les tapas et la tajine kefta était fade et sans saveur.

Le menu est très pauvre et non varié, ne reflète nullement la diversité et la richesse de la cuisine marocaine. La texture et la qualité des ingrédients ne sont pas bonnes, sans oublier la qualité de la cuisson (j’ai eu de la misère à digérer le repas pendant plusieurs heures). L’ambiance ne reflète aucunement le concept de la cuisine marocaine car la musique diffusée est très occidentale, ce qui est un contraste même avec le décor du restaurant vu qu’on a mis des lustres, lampes et tableaux reflétant la culture Maroc.
Zina RestaurantResponded on February 10, 2023Nous sommes sincèrement navrés que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.Nous traduisons le Maroc par la culture, les épices et certaines saveurs mais les plats ne sont pas des plats « typiques » marocains.Nous recevons tous les jours des produits frais venant des producteurs ce qui implique que nous ne pouvons pas nous permettre de créer un menu avec une multitude de choix, et nos clients nous en remercies car cela confirme que tout est fait maison !
