Join us at Zimmi's on Tuesday, May 13th for a truly once in a lifetime wine event. We will taste through the mythical wines of Clos Joliette with Lionel Osmin (its current proprietor) alongside traditional dishes from the Jurançon region, carefully prepared by our own Chef Maxime Pradié and team. This dinner is the first opportunity to taste this number of vintages together in NYC. Considered the first estate bottled wines of the Jurançon and the only estate in France that can rival Chateau d'Yquem, these previously unreleased wines, aged perfectly in the domain's cellar for decades, are finally making their way to New York. Through Lionel's diligent work since acquiring the estate and his US importer France+Western, we are joining forces with Flatiron Wine & Spirits to make these special bottles available for purchase first for diners at the event, in beautiful mixed vintage 6 packs organized by ripeness levels.
