Zibu Allende rescues this story and takes it one step further by creating a new gastronomic concept: the Mex-Tai cuisine, which fuses Thai cuisine with Mexican haute cuisine to produce a unique menu and this remember and pay tribute to those who contributed to this exchange of flavors.     We loved the service, ambiance and the live music. The four of us ordered the tasting menu. The food was excellent, and the selection of foods was very interesting and tasteful. We thought pricing was fair for the quality of food that we received.

    The food was delicious! The Thai fish & octopus were best we’ve eaten. So good. Our server was very slow & disorganized which took away from the experience. Luckily the bus boy was on top of service so it made up for it. A bit out far from main part of town but beautiful setting and they had live music.

    El patio del árbol es un lugar muy tranquilo y muy cómodo sobre todo en época de calor ya que es al aire libre. Tanto el lugar como la comida estuvieron muy bien.

    The hotel complex Zibu is located in is gorgeous. The menu is a fusion of Thai and Mexican as the chef originated in Acapulco, and the seafood dishes were amazing. Nice selection of local wines. Georgina was an attentive, knowledgeable and fluent server and made our experience even better.
