   Only one person served us, which was the manager. So many food choices on the menu were not available. He said he was transitioning to a new menu although an alternative was not offered. I asked for grilled chicken of some kind, but he only had fried options.

   We didn't stay to eat. When we entered, no one was there and the tables were disheveled. The server was nice, but we decided there was a reason no one was there to eat on a Valentine's day so we left.

   Very disappointed with our overall dining experience. The Food had absolutely no flavor. There were 4 of us and we each ordered a different dish, shrimp fried rice, beef fried rice, udon, and stir fry veggies. None of them had any taste. We asked for sriracha and soy sauce to see if that would help but it didn’t. On the menu, takoyaki was labeled as “chicken balls” which is highly inaccurate and misleading since it had squid, not chicken. They also had items on the menu that they didn’t have, such as the leek pancakes. When I mentioned that to the server, he seemed confused as well. I initially ordered sushi, which I was told would take an additional 15 minutes. That was fine since we were planning on being there for a while. Then the server comes back after 15 minutes and tell me that what I had ordered would take an additional hour, so he recommended I choose something different. I understand that due to Covid, they are short staffed and have fewer ingredients. That’s fine, just redo the menu so I don’t waste my time. I’ve lived in Plano all my life and always passed by Zhabuki and decided to finally try it. I do not recommend this place and will not be going back.

   Food was just ok. Service was just ok. Maybe we went too early in the evening. Who knows? But would not recommend.

   Had lots of options when I booked reservation on mother's day. After I arrived I realized that the restaurant was closed. At that time everything else was already booked. Very difficult to find a place to eat because they didn't update their schedule. Won't be rescheduling here again! Waste of my time.

   It wasn't too busy and the service was quick and the food was deliciously. Definitely would come back.
