   What a nice little restaurant. Very cozy, great service, very good food (really fresh and tasty) and with a good set of local and international wines. A really nice meal. 100% a must in Quito!

   We had an early lunch. All the food we ordered was excellent. The tuna cerice and sea bass ceviche were both delicious, as was the grilled prawns. All the side dishes were also great.

   We had reserved a table way ahead of the date and were truly looking forward to a special dinner at Zfood. Upon arrival, the restaurant staff was busily laying the tables but we were informed that all reservations for that evening had been cancelled - sorry. No explanation whatsoever where the minimum expectation would have been an email notification ahead of time. Overall a hugely disappointing experience that sadly did not include the opportunity of trying their food.

It appears there was a miscommunication on our end regarding your reservation at 5:00, which was not actually canceled. We deeply regret that this was not communicated clearly upon your arrival, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration it caused. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are taking immediate steps to ensure such misunderstandings do not happen in the future. We genuinely regret missing the opportunity to provide you with the special evening you were looking forward to, and we hope to welcome you back someday to offer the experience you truly deserve.

   Para los que amamos la comida del mar, ver todo el producto fresco como ostras, canchas, langostas y pescados y tener la posibilidad de poder conversar con el chef y encargado sobre como sería la mejor manera de comer e inclusive sugerencias creativas son aspectos increíbles y que hacen de este lugar una verdadera joya. Estuvimos la noche mientras jugaba Ecuador la copa America y ni con toda la emoción y presión el servicio dejó de ser de primera. Al final David, el gerente, nos explicó la procedencia y la responsabilidad de la pesca. 1000% recomendado y fantástico

    Zfood es un lugar increíble, la experiencia fue excepcional, está ubicado en una buena zona de Quito, la gastronomía es una maravilla, todos los mariscos deliciosos. Ademas de la deliciosa variedad que puedes encontrar, la atención es de primera y el ambiente también. Recomiendo muchísimo Zfood y espero volver pronto.
