I expected more breakfast options instead of 5-6 limited options that were more for lunch than brunch. Also, somewhat pricey..a mimosa tower for 75$??
Food was great and service was wonderful! Highly recommend.
Our experience with another couple was not good at Zest. No one actually enjoyed their meal. My filet came out well done after ordering medium. Salad was mediocre and price was extraordinary for what we experienced.
It’s fun for a romantic date night or a girls night! A nice treat and the food is impeccable! You have to go especially for the view. Also a word of advice make reservations before you go! Reservations is highly recommended!
Great experience. Outside dining with heaters and under a tent is wonderful.
Always a great meal and adult beverages!
Everything was wonderful from beginning to end.
The staff was very helpful with any questions asked.
The service was great.
The food was was well presented and delicious.
Service, food, ambiance all top level!
Great food , great service , great atmosphere! I tried the short rib buns and the octopus for apps and everyone at the table enjoyed. My main course I had the sea bass which was over the top delicious! Would def recommend to anyone for any occasion.
Love the crab and mango spring rolls...my new favorite are the crispy short rib buns.
I was disappointed in the lavender mint julep. The mint was way too much and not muddled at all. The drink should’ve been strained. There were so many lavender seeds. I didn’t even finish it.
The service was ok. The server came around once and a while.
The host really made our experience. She was so friendly and kind.
Ashley was our very personable server today for the first day of their brunch menu.Things moved along quite smoothly and we weren’t rushed with our meals. My meal ,both the soup of the day and the frittata of the day, was delicious and plentiful. My daughter enjoyed her cocktails, which appeared to be new on the brunch menu. I had mentioned in my reservation to be seated by a window if possible, and my request was acknowledged. My only recommendation to their brunch menu would be to add a couple of desserts, as many of the meal choices are savory and having something a little sweet at the end of the meal would be a nice finish!
Overall great dinner date. Zest was great from start to finish. Food was amazing. Will come back again soon.
We love coming here. 100% recommended
Great views of Bethlehem from this 6th floor restaurant. They validate your parking pass, so you only walk a few feet from car to elevator (try to park on level three in the garage, where the walkway takes you right to the elevator!) 4th time dining at Zest, and the quality of the food is consistently good.
I love everything about this place. The stuff was very attentive and the foods was delicious. They greeted happy birthday to my husband when we checked in. I would recommend this place to anyone. The food and appetizers came out real fast compare to other restaurants I have been to. Perfect.
It was great! Service and food.
Food was excellent as well as service would definitely recommend!
The food was delicious. I mean everything on the menu is as good as it looks. Can't wait to go back this time during dinner time.
It was the best filet mignon I've ever eaten in my life.
The outside heat lamps are set too high so on a cold night, they are ineffective. Once inside the ambiance is great although noisy. The service was outstanding. The food is somewhat overpriced and very small portions, but the drinks are excellent!
It's one of my wife and I favorite restaurant in the Bethlehem area. The food and drinks are always good.
Views and atmosphere where great also great server - but the food isn’t all it’s cracked up to be . Overpriced overall for what you get drink and meal wise
Nice views and friendly staff
Great food! Attentive wait staff! A little chilly. Even with the heater on for 2 of our companions.
My wife and I went to Zest to celebrate our anniversary. I had originally requested outdoor seating since it was our first public dining experience in over a year. The hostess could see that we were not very enthused as she brought us to the outside table. She did a great job of reading our minds and immediately inquired about switching to indoor dining. She took us to a perfect table with a gorgeous views of both sides of Bethlehem. With plexiglass dividers and social distancing in place, it was obvious a lot of planning went in place to ensure that everyone was safe. Our server Jackie was outstanding as she paced the arrival of our drinks and meal. A special call out to Social Still for the tasty Southside. My wife had the scallops with quinoa and pea puree which were of course zestful. I had the Brazilian sea bass with forbidden rice. Everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. Jackie brought us a special added bonus of two glasses of champagne to top off our evening. It was wonderful to return to Zest once again.
Great dinner experience! Implemented a classy but covid safe environment
Decided on Zest for our anniversary. We were greeted by our hostess withhappy anniversary and asked if we have a preference for seating. We always like a window table for a great view of Bethlehem from the 6th floor of the building. We were greeted by our server and ordered drinks. They make awesome drinks. I had the strawberry margaritas with a rim of salt and my wife had chardonnay. They have a great wine list. We each had the filet mignon and added lobster tail. We asked for medium for filet and it was broiled to perfection. The lobster was also broiled to perfection. Not dried out or tough like some other places we have been to. They go out of there way to make sure you are pleased with your food. We will definitely be back again.
Great night out. Our server Jackie was the best! So friendly and attentive. Gave great food/drink recommendations. Can’t wait to go back
Zest never disappoints! Great food, great drinks, great service.
Fantastic food and service as always.
Excellent as always! Great cocktail menu, scallops and duck breast all the way!
Service was excellent we were extremely happy with food and ambiance
Food was great and ambiance was inviting . Will definitely dine here again!
Go to Zest now, whenever, soon, repeatedly!
Location: Great, fresh, new, and if nothing else, enjoy the view of historic Bethlehem from your open-air perch, six floors up!
Parking: Very reasonable and the garage is attached to the restaurant, requiring only a short enclosed walk and elevator ride to a great atmosphere and group of people trying to show they appreciate us there.
Beverages: Covered all bases, and what is not on the menu can easily be requested and provided as a few of my party did, successfully.
Food: Solid, reflecting the current zeitgeist of gastronomic trends and beyond - don't arrive wondering why you don't see wings and mozzarella sticks. The charcuterie board, roasted bone marrow, and spring rolls worked well as shared apps. My duck was delectable, the steak, scallops, and mussels and clams were raved about within our group, and the Irish Coffee was a great finish to my meal.
Pricing: Fair and consistent with what you'll incur at a restaurant like this. Ultimately, speak with your wallet, if you don't like what a place sells at the price they sell it, find a different spot, they'll catch on or eventually fold.
Support local business, they're working hard to present a great product while navigating increasing regulations. Turn off your cell phone, be present, engage your company and take in the experience, good or bad. Every visit will not meet your personal vision of perfection, such is life, roll with it. Be understanding with your servers as most restaurants are understaffed more than ever right now and still they do what it takes to open their doors and make it happen.
Despite what we tell ourselves, we're not sommeliers and Michelin reviewers, we're good, hard-working people enduring tough times and looking for places to gather and share food, drinks, and conversation.
Read reviews, even this one, for what they are - opinions, often based on limited experiences, nothing more. Go out, see places for yourself, they await you - enjoy!
Everything was amazing, from Covid protocols, the hostess, waitress, the ambiance, views, the drinks (which were on point!) oh and let’s not forget about the food. I was just blown away. Get the duck... you won’t be disappointed!
Drinks were just OK for what we paid for. Not a lot of choices for those with gluten issues. The staff was friendly and the view was fantastic.
Rachel was AMAZING! It was my girlfriend & I's 2nd time there and we loved it of course! She was very informative & had a beautiful smile!! Will be back because of her!
Absolutely fantastic service, and the food was perfectly made. 10/10 would recommend especially with friends
Great food and great outdoor seating over looking the city.
Everything was great , from a helpful staff to a fantastic meal, we had FUN! Russ
