This was not our first time at Zest .. usually we have had good experiences but last Saturday our experience was very disappointing. We ordered the special - an 18-oz bone-in ribeye medium well … when the steak arrived it more of medium rare… a big difference and disappointment. As a replacement I ordered 3 lobster tails … when the meal arrived it was well prepared but the tails were 2 inches long and 1 inch wide … you can buy these at a store at $5-6 a tail … for the meal that costs $42, I would expect a little more … perhaps 1 tail but with more of the lobster meat. We hope zest will receive this feedback and make the necessary adjustments

Another lovely dinner at Zest! As always, we were very pleased with the food as well as the wonderful, attentive service from Kayla, our server, as well as all support staff! Zest continues to deliver a degree of consistency and excellence that is nearly unheard of nowadays. We continue to commend management for setting the tone and standards as well as the staff who are equally committed to providing an extraordinary dining experience.

Me encanto el ambiente , el servicio el camarero fue muy muy gentil , nos aconsejó acerca de los platos y sus ingredientes al igual q las bebidas , el brunch estuvo riquísimo yo pedí unos CAPRESE BENEDICT y que ricuraaaaa y la mimosa estuvo riquísima igual !!! Mis compañeros pidieron unos huevos rancheros y también quedaron fascinados con las bebidas y los tragos de verdad que me gustaría que este servicio de brunch estuviera en la semana también pero dicen que en la semana es flojo !! Pero si pueden pasarse un domingo por allá PERFECTAMENTE RECOMENDADO AL 100%

Clearly, the main attraction here is the view. There are lots of tables on the outdoor patio overlooking Bethlehem's Southside, and we were there on a beautiful day, so it was a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was very good, but not spectacular, and quite pricey for what it was. But again, one is paying a premium for the view and setting. (For dinner for 4, with a total of 5 drinks, and a total of 2 appetizers and 2 desserts for the table, our tab was about $280, before tip.) The service was top-notch, very friendly and attentive, and the server gave the impression that she truly enjoys her job, which is always a plus. We will be back, but only on another lovely day when we can enjoy the outdoor seating. (I suspect that indoor tables near the windows are nice, too.)

For those dining in South Bethlehem, Zest is definitely a unique fine dining experience. The view from this rooftop floor establishment alone, is worth the visit. Attentive staff, Creative "New American" menu.

Great experience at Zest. The location is perfect, beautiful restaurant with an amazing view. The bar is has a good variety of wines and liquors and mimosas a must. We went for my husband’s birthday and it was a really good first brunch experience. Will come back for regular dining.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Me and my wife loved the scenery and environment. The food is also marvelous. We celebrated our first anniversary here and it was definitely a night to remember. Our host was excellent, the kids menu was great for our children and my family loved the experience. We cannot wait to come back and would highly recommend Zest!!

I had seen great reviews of this place, and it lived up to its' expectations. We were seated on time for our reservation, they accomodated our request to sit outside where we had a nice view of the city. Waiters and staff were prompt and courteous. Drinks, appetizers and entrees were creative and extremely good. Can't remember the last time I've had a meal as good as this. If anyone writes a bad review about this place, then they are the type that cannot be pleased (like that teacher or professor that always had a negative comment)!

Fantastic food and ambiance, spectacular view. I had the pasta dish of the day. The fettuccine, the sauce, and the shrimps were so tasty. my husband had the salmon, which was also super delicious. the Picante margarita was so special too. we leave about 2 hours away, otherwise, this would be a place to visit often for sure.

Overall loved the rooftop experience, drinks where good love the carb and shrimp spring rolls as for my main course the Mahi Mahi fish with zucchini had no seasoning at all and for the prices of those main dishes they should have lots of favor to them. My 1st time here and I was not impressed at all!

The view was great. The service was awesome. But the food was terrible both steaks came out horrifically over cooked when ordered med rare. The potatoes where so hard it was like they where never even cook along with the carrots. The asparagus was over cooked. I would have to say I will not be returning. And neither will my family or friends. Shame it could be a great place.

Started out at the bar for happy hour and was seated for a delicious meal. There aren’t a lot of dinner entre choices, but all of them are expertly prepared. Don’t expect any children’s meals, so recommend leaving the kiddies at home.

We had a great server, very friendly and prompt. The selections on the menu all looked wonderful and we all really enjoyed being outside as it was a perfect day! Two minor complaints: my husband's burger came well done when he specified medium rare and my daughter's egg benedict came with one of the eggs hard cooked. Everything else was very good. We'll be back!

Accommodations were spectacular at Sunday brunch. Provided my table of 7 with a great location, got all of our beverages quickly, and were able to service any food allergies. I had the crispy palisse to start - delicious, warm, filling, with the mole, sunflower seeds and radishes. My entree was the vegetarian sausage sandwich with a side salad. Beautiful presentation, wholesome, and delicious Beyond patty with fennel - so happy with my experience!

Last night was my second time at Zest in as many months. I was with my parents and sister, who was visiting from South Carolina. I was expecting a wonderful evening and it turned out to be an even more superior event! It's not merely a restaurant, it's a destination worth every dollar! 55 years of going out to eat and Zest is the GOAT.

Old menu, in need of updates. Chicken Dumplings were overcooked and served cold. Not ready to invest in dinner if appetizers are not prepared well Drinks were excellent and service impeccable.
