Ring in 2020 with our chef's three course celebratory menu! All while enjoying the best views in the Lehigh Valley

Whenever someone comes for a visit from out of town one of the restaurants we want to share is Zest. We enjoy it because the menu is different from most places in the Valley. The views are spectacular and the food is delicious. It can get loud, but it fits in with the feel/vibrancy of the restaurant.
We found the appetizers to be delicious, but the sea bass was dry and disappointing. The tuna entree was good, but the actual tuna portion was tiny! The cocktails were weak, but imaginative. Wine pours were small compared to other area restaurants.
Food was great!
Another Top Shelf visit to Zest, everything was fabulous from start to finish.
Portions and quality of appetizers and entre were good relative to prices.
Asked for seating at a window and/or high-top. Was not provided. All else went well
Service was slow, waitress was slow coming back to us for drinks, then ordering, etc. Food was good but not great and for the money I would have expected better. OK overall but not compelled to go back.
Only for drinks and ambiance. Food was just ok and server was very nice but apps came out before drinks. Dinner was room temp.
Server was wonderful and did a great job. One suggestion would be that the manager should have come over and made an appearance after I ordered the bottle of Cristal. Giving attention special attention to those who are spending money in the business makes those people return.
But it was a great night with great food and drink
Went to celebrate my birthday and was not disappointed. On the pricey side but food service and views were fantastic and worthy of a celebratory special night out.
Dinner with a view. Meal was top-notch. Service was excellent.
Incredible food, wonderful service. Easily one of the best restaurants in the Lehigh Valley.
Excellent food. Great atmosphere
Better place for a drink then food
Great spot for the view and pre-show dinner when going to the Wind Creek. Easily accessible to the venue with an innovative menu. I tried to order something new and when it came to my table, I realized I ordered the same salad as a previous visit. Guess you cannot mess with a good thing (Pecan and Goat Cheese Salad)
My wife and I live around the corner and she's wanted to visit for awhile. This was the first real date night we've had since we got married 2 months ago and it was spectacular. The food was pricey yes, but once they set it down in front of you it becomes clear why. It is worth it. From the service, to the drinks, to the meal, everything was great and I can't wait till our next availability to visit!
Service at the bar and from our waitress was excellent! Waited over an hour for our food was the only downfall.
I don’t know if it was the service or the kitchen but it took a long time for our food to come out. Plus my vegetables weren’t warm. We’ve been there 3 times before and everything was perfect
Just as amazing as our first time and they were even able to get us through a 3 course meal quickly so we could catch our show at zoellner.
We dined on a Tuesday night, so it wasn't too crowded. The service was great and the food excellent.
The weather was perfect, so we chose to eat outside and the view was a nice bonus.
Food was amazing and our waitress was great! The view was also excellent! Would definitely recommend
Great food great drinks and great service! Loved the pumpkin tortellini appetizer, goat cheese salad and short rib entree.
Not a very diverse or big menu. Only 1 thing for me to eat. Small section of vegetables
Not worth the hype. Food descriptors are the menu are great, but what we received was a bit bland.
The food was good but not great. My Wife's scallops where alright but nothing special along with the apps. of Lamb Chops, because we just returned from a cruise and the Lamb Chops where way better on the cruise.
Now I am one that will not send my food back and I think when you pay top price you sure get better food then you can get at places like TGI Fridays.
We have been there many times, Deff one of our favorite places. The FOOD was awesome, Our waitress did a fantastic job. making sure it was done to our liking, The mixologist preparing our drinks, yea she as always was GREAT!
We booked a particular table a month in advance as it was a special occasion. We were told there would be a $10/person cancellation fee if we cancelled within 48 hours of our confirmed res. 48 hours before our reservation, we received a call that we were being bumped in favor of another party. No adjustments were offered to our bill, no free round of drinks, not even an appetizer. We will not use Zest as a special occasion destination again.
Ashley gave us fantastic service!
We had a great table with an incredible view of Bethlehem. Our waitress was quick to fill our requests and the wine list was very good.
The food is spectacular and the service, stellar. This is a new restaurant on the top floor of the building. The views of the city of Bethlehem added to the experience. We’ll be back!
Wonderful al fresco dining. Great waitress!!!
The food and service were lackluster. Portions were extremely smalll, and I am a very petite woman who never says there wasn’t enough to eat. My drink was so sweet I couldn’t take more than one sip. Waitress did not deduct the charge from the menu despite my saying I couldn’t drink it. Entire experience was disappointing- I’d never go back and don’t recommend it at all. The one good thing is the great view, but not worth the money for that.
Really enjoyed our dinner. The atmosphere was very nice for a date. The waitstaff were very pleasant and accommodating. Will be returning
The food was very good, with the butternut squash and clam appetizers. and sea bass entree as standouts. The service was very friendly and efficient. We sat outside and it was a lovely view on a lovely night. The outdoor furniture feels rather flimsy and higher quality furniture would be an improvement. Overall, a very nice date night at zest.
We were very pleasantly surprised with Zest!
We went for the rooftop patio but weren’t expecting much in the way of food or service. Wow we’re we wrong. The service was great. The food was amazing. The rooftop was a really pretty place to enjoy dinner.
Anniversary dinner was excellent. Our server Jackie was fantastic, very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Love Zest!
My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Let me tell you the service was fantastic and so was the food. The restaurant had a hip modern vibe and isn't too loud but there is a lot of energy. I had the boneless short ribs and they were amazingly tender. They were very accommodating and let me switch up my sides. We will definitely return .
Atmosphere and setting fantastic. Bar staff wonderful. Food good but not as good as 3501 and prices good. Will definitely return!!
Amazing! The staff was impeccable and made the visit. Martinis, wine, lobster risotto a must! Nothing was good, it was AWESOME.
