Great food. Great service!
Taylor the receptionist was terrific! Food was great, ambiance was festive.
Nice ambiance, and interesting food. Think people should try it out for the combination of styles, but wasn’t blown away by the food combinations
Had an awesome experience at Zengo. Had a group of 12 for a birthday brunch. We had the unlimited food and drinks - a glass was never empty as they refilled so fast- and our table overflowed with food. The service was awesome and the food / drinks were delicious!
It was a wonderful experience. The guest of honor was beyond please with the event. Thank you!
the food was really not that tasty, disappointed. staff didnt explain the menu correctly and a lot of confusions
Excellent! The service was terrific from the hostess, bartender and wait staff. Our group ordered a bunch of appetizers to share and try many items. It was tough to choose as the menu was creative and had quite a few choices. Well thoroughly enjoyed everything and can't wait to go back. It was a nice treat for my out of town guests.
The menu seems creative, it feels the touch of the real chef.
Execution 2/10. All the dishes were soggy, soaked with the low quality oil.
Love the bottomless brunch . It’s Saturday and Sunday which is nice. Unlimited drinks and small plates . Never seems to be too busy . Totally underrated ! Brought the kids once and they loved trying all the different foods . This is a must do brunch !
Diverse menu options, quality food, really nice atmosphere.
Great time great happy hour specials and very nice service . The tequila flights were awesome !
Everything was so how I remember the food was so great
Great place to start to get your brunch on! Their $50 all you can eat and drink combo is like no other. Highly recommend coming with an empty stomach cause when they say unlimited they’re not kidding!
We went on Sunday noon. Noise level wasn’t as bad as my first visit. Food is tasty and full of options. We didn’t go for bottomless drinks so I could not comment on it. Generally speaking, it was enjoyable dining experience.
Appetizers were very tasty! Main dishes were just OK. Stick with appetizers and drinks. Nice place overall.
I had lunch at Zengo during a recent holiday visit to NYC. We had our two young boys, and met up with my daughter who works for an advertising agency next door to the restaurant. The service, food, and ambiance were outstanding. They're also very kid friendly, making it especially enjoyable.
The quality of the food was good but everything came out cold. This is a restaurant, not take-out, so not sure why food was not warm.
Great selection of food, well prepared and excellent service
The waitress seemed to rush things along, we could tell she was leaving soon. We were sitting down about 90 minutes by the point when she asked to close the tab because she was leaving. Otherwise the food was good.
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. But they changed their crispy tofu dish w/ bokchoy... I would like it back. Service was very slow, I feel because I was eating alone.
Another wonderful meal at Zengo. Great food, gorgeous place, very nice staff.
One of our favorite spots, never disappoints. Last night we introduced two people to Zengo and there are now two people who will be dining there frequently.
Food was okay; service/organization was pretty awful.
We made a reservation for 5 (including a baby in a bassinet, which was noted on the opentable reservation) but was met with passive aggressiveness from the host who claimed that he didn't see such a note (but then claimed it was was because the text was "tiny") and still made our party wait almost 20min after our reservation time in order to find a table. This was at 11:30 when the restaurant was mostly empty.
Very quiet at lunchtime. Lots of space. Nice presentation and menu. Perfect for a business lunch near Grand Central.
The variety of food was incredible. It was Asian fusion themed and we scraped the plates clean of everything that was served to us.
I highly recommend the Dumplings and Empanadas!
Beautiful decor, nice ambience, good food and drinks, along with a friendly staff..... what more can you ask for? My friends and I went for the bottomless brunch, and had a very nice time.
Great evening and experience - the food is always awesome!
I love Zengo, and I feel like it really understands its brand. The space itself is huge, stylish and can easily accommodate large parties. During brunch, it's energetic and has kind of a clubby vibe. It's not cheap for a brunch, but both drinks and food are unlimited, and service is attentive about refilling both. I like the menu--it's fusion Latin-Asian cusine--and I always end up sampling something I might not have ordered if it were a solo entree. Considering the amount of food and drink you get, it's an excellent value and a perfect spot for a celebration.
This was my second time going back to Zengo and this time, I wasn’t pleased at all. The food was cold, our sever kept disappearing and our food wasn’t coming out as abruptly as other guests. We went periods of time with nothing on our table before more food was brought out.
This was an extremely disappointing experience. I don’t think that I’d be going back to Zengo any time soon.
Terrible service - food was not fresh . Bathrooms are disgusting.
Been to Zengo several times for bottomless brunch. This was the first time for dinner. You can sign up for a free drink if you go to their website!
Service was amazing, and dinner was delicious. Fresh ingredients and fast service.
Food has been sitting for hours, maybe even days. Cold, dry, hard and stale is what describes the food. A shame because service and decor is really good. I would never come again. An unlimited experience is not an excuse to serve food that isn't fresh.
Did the tasting menu for 55 per person. Good value and portions.
We had a really enjoyable evening at Zengo. The food was delicious, the service was attentive and we could converse without shouting. Eagerly looking forward to our next visit.
Work dinner with team. The service was slow. We arrived and the restaurant was not even half full. I ordered a dish called shrimp lettuce wrap and was served lettuce with a side dish of what looked like salsa with 2 baby shrimp that you had to search for. We ordered 2 friend rice sides for the table that arrived after we finished eating
The restaurant was empty and we still got our food extremely late. Disappointing!
Thank you for taking the time to review. We’re very sorry you experienced an undesirable level of service with us. We pride ourselves in excellent food and service and clearly did not meet our own standards during your visit. If you would like to further discuss your experience and see what I can do to improve your impression of Zengo, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Warm Regards, Molly Guest Experience Team
Welcome ambiance, with friendly reception. The food is delicious, and efficiently provided to many diners. First time for us, and we plan to return with family and friends.
Fantastic food. Great spicy crab guacamole dip. Excellent edamame.
