Service was very slow, initial order was received quickly, but when we made a change, had to wait much longer and even had to remind the staff couple of times. Some of the food received earlier was cold by the time rest of the food came. Staff was courteous

Two separate times the waiter brought our food and drinks to another table we watch the other patrons touch it and then the waiter eventually realized and put it on our table. That alone grossed me out and makes me not want to go back. The food was good just bad service experience.

This place was great! The only thing I would like for them to improve are their drinks. I understand that the drinks are unlimited but the bloody mary tasted completely watered down with no flavor. Pretty much tomato juice with volkda.
Desserts were tastier than main meals.

Not happy that the leftover brunch items couldn’t be wrapped up especially after $65 a person ($750 group bill) for only two hours.
Dear Jennifer, I am sorry you were upset by our no take-out policy. It is in place to prevent people from ordering a lot of extra food to go and taking advantage of our bottomless brunch. I am sure that was not your intention, and I am sorry we cannot make exceptions. I hope that the rest of your visit was enjoyable and that you will come join us again soon.
Great place for a nice night out! The staff is super friendly and know their stuff. I went for my birthday and they made the night super special! Will go again.
I was disappointed with Zengo. Menu is limited, prices are high and food was not very flavorful. Also, the interior looks tired. It needs an update!

Great place for large groups, we were a group of 14 people and there was plenty of space and quick service. The restaurant has an awesome ambiance and unique menu, everything was delicious. Prices were very reasonable, especially for NY!

Zengo usually is a good time but for some reason this time was totally different. Waitress didn’t really care to talk to us, food wasn’t hot, the drinks were terrible. I had to tell our waitress to charge us the brunch value since we didn’t even finish our first drink. I was pretty sad but I guess everywhere can’t be perfect 100% of the time.

It was great. It was my second time going. Both time I’ve spent it with my loved ones and we a great time bonding and getting drunk lol.

Great brunch! Awesome service
I love Zengo’s brunch. Just the sake sangria puts it in the top tier, but the foods amazing too (arepas, buns and chilaquiles are my faves). And I love the tapas style so you can try a bite of pretty much everything
Food and service were impeccable. My glass was always topped off and the waiter was very attentive. Very lovely at most sphere. Would definitely plan to come back soon
Service was terrible, my waiter was extremely busy with other tables. I waited for over 20 minutes to keep on getting refills. My dessert took longer than 30 mins to get to the table. I am quite disappointed in Zengo. I have been here before. This brunch was for my birthday. My friends and I were not happy over all.
I don’t think I am returning to this venue.

Good unlimited food / definitely his brunch option. It took us 30 min from the time we were seated to receive our food. Appeared to be understaffed.
We went to celebrate my sister bday, we had a great time and the food was delicious. The Bottomless Brunch was amazing and worth the price.
Everything was great the food, service but the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. The AC did not need to be that high we rushed through dinner because we were so cold
We enjoyed the restaurant decor and ambience; but, the rest of the experience was a disappointment. The service was slow, thought the restaurant was only 25% capacity. The server lacked knowledge, including saying that the chicken skewers were breast meat, thought it was clearly dark meat. He also got 2 of the 3 drink orders wrong.
The carne asada was more like beef jerky, though the 2 of us who ordered it requested medium There are hundreds of amazing restaurants in NY, but this one of was disappointing and in my opinion not deserving of the 4+ star rating I saw when I made the reservation.
Everything was great except for the sushi. Although we received this appetizer quite fast, the volcano roll taste store brought ...the rice tasted cold dry and overall tasted imitation and not authentic. We ordered 2a la carte apps as well as restaurant week menu. So all the other food items were excellent.
Had to minus a second star since server disappeared twice for a long period we had to ask a busser to assist us once and another server came a different time to provide us with the check. Honestly felt didn’t deserve the tip but since I’m aware of how the restaurant industry is we left him 20%.
Thanks for the surprise birthday cake for the boyfriend he was happy but he was allergic to chocolate unfortunately and couldn’t eat it. Ok
Overall, the experience was ok but don’t think we will be back again. Asian fusion is usually pretty good so was a bit let down.

Lunch special was ok. To be fair, we were the last customers for lunch. Food was so so. Preparation could have been much better.
Small plates were very good. Plenty of food for the money.
A good variety of food selection. However mimosa all tastes identical except for the lychee mimosa.
The menu is an interesting fusion mix of Asian and south of the border. I had a really delicious crispy tofu for those who avoid meat dinners. My friend had a wonderful short rib noodle dish. The drinks are good too.
