First of all i love the welcoming experience at the reception. The customer service was a top notch. The food was amazing specially the sashimi and the chicken wings were very delicious. The view was on point and i loved the ambiance.I will definitely recommend anyone who wants an extravagant dining experience.

I had high hopes for Zengo, especially with its "open steak and sushi" concept, but unfortunately, the experience was below expectations from start to finish. First off, the service was extremely poor. No waiter was available on the second floor, and we had to keep searching for someone to take our order. When we finally managed to get someone’s attention, the food took forever to arrive. We came for the "open steak and sushi," but ended up only getting one round of steak and barely two rounds of sushi—definitely not what we expected. Speaking of the sushi, the variety was disappointing. It was very basic, lacking any of the exciting or unique options that you’d expect from a place offering sushi as a specialty. When we asked for more ginger (a simple request for every person at the table), the waiter’s response was surprisingly dismissive. He said, "Finish this bowl and we'll get another one," almost as if he were talking to a child—definitely not the level of service you expect from a place with such a reputation. Overall, the experience didn’t meet our expectations, and I won’t be rushing back.

Zengo is my go-to place whenever I’m stuck in a decision-making rut. Their dishes are simply delicious! Unfortunately, this time, they didn’t have three of my favorite dishes. It was right after Eid, so I guess they were out of stock. But overall, I had a great time there!

the food was amazing and so was the service. The music was a little too loud, and while it is a candle lit dinner it was dark to the extent where our phone was not able to scan the menu without using the flash of another phone, so maybe a lower music level and a tiny bit more light would have made this an even more amazing experience

The service was extremely slow, and the waitstaff seemed overwhelmed. The host who seated us was rude, which made for an unpleasant start. The food was decent overall, but dessert took 30 minutes to arrive, even after we requested it to be expedited since it was already 11:30 PM.
