Overall, not a bad place to eat, but I've been to other Brazilian Steakhouses and received better service and food. I was a little disappointed by the buffet portion of the dinner - I feel that other restaurants have been better selections here. The meat was very good, but service on bringing it was slow. We asked for some additional chicken and it took a very long time for it to come around again. The waiter actually kept checking with us to see if it came out yet and finally went back to the kitchen to get it and brought it out to our table after the second or third time of checking and see it hadn't been brought out yet.

Our dining experience was an absolute delight. The food as always was delicious! I am always amazed by the chef’s creativeness and combination of flavors. Geovany and his wait staff provided phenomenal service. We were very appreciative of the manager taking time to talk with us. It is nice to go to restaurant where you know the staff and management care that you have a wonderful dining experience!

We all had a terrific time! The selection of meats was varied and vary good, with some truly outstanding (Moroccan chicken was to die for). It was a fantastic venue for a large group.

Once visited fogo de chao and for half the price food was tastier and hotter. It seems zebs is under the concept of cheap labor because the gouchos were inexperienced locals just hired to walk meat around the room without even paying attention to the rocks in the dish concept. Server was professional but not the gouchos.

Our server, Jenny, was FANTASTIC!! So personable. We shared some belly laughs within 5 minutes of her first approaching our table to greet us, and continued to have great conversation every time she came by to check on us. She also was very knowledgeable both about wines and the food. So not only was the food good, but service was impeccable.

Went for restaurant week, so I am only speaking in the perspective of a restaurant week dinner experience. It wasn’t good. While we pay over half of the price, we get less than 1/4 of the selection of meat. Their sirloin was great but the salmon was too sweet with no other flavor and chicken was sweet as well. So neither of the other options outside of sirloin are edible really. Unless you have a sweet tooth for meat. It’s like they dipped almost everything in melted hard candy. Their kale salad is sweet. Corn bread is sweet. There is no sign of cheese bread which we all know and love for Brazilian steakhouses. Lots of sitting and waiting just watching servers with the other 9 different types of meat walk pass. Not a great experience overall.

Enough couldn’t be said for the spectacular service we received by Jenny, Daniel, and Sabrina. We made it our mission to try every type of meat from the fire and when we had a question chef George was happy to come table side to walk us through. While the food was very good, our new friends at zed 451 made our night! Thank you

I came out to Chicago to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and none of us have ever had Brazilian BBQ before, so I thought I’d be a cool experience for the both of us. We went on a Monday, but made a reservation just in case and I’m glad that I did. We got there at 6:30 and it wasn’t busy, maybe, 4 other couples. It started getting busy around, 7:30~8:30, so just make a reservation just in case. At the time, the menu had two options, the traditional and the chef’s selection. If it’s your first time, or you enjoy a selection, get the traditional, you get to explore everything and try all the meats. You get “The Harvest Table”...salad bar with cheese and some other stuff, and a whole selection of meats, it’s almost overwhelming the amount of food that comes to your table, everything was amazing, from the food to the atmosphere, but what I will probably remember the most was Jenny! Jenny was amazing. My boyfriend does not care for red wine but she worked with him to find one that he likes. Not only that, but her overall product knowledge of the food/ menu was great. She was fun to talk with and she really tied our whole experience together. Whether she was just being a great server, or genuinely enjoyed making it great for us, I appreciated the experience that she set up for us. From Noel and Tyler, thank you so much, Jenny!!!

This place is the bomb! Great atmosphere and the brunch menu is over the top, yet the price isn’t. Our server was relaxing and fun and helped make for an excellent all around experience. We highly recommend this brunch - it’s the best kept secret in Chicago!

Had reservation at 8pm. Arrived at 7:45pm. Host asked us to wait at the bar. She will come and get us once the table is ready. At 8:30pm I walked over to the host to see if the table was ready. It was but nobody came and got me.

Aside from the host’s blunder. The wait staff was amazing. Food was delicious.

Zed 451 was a great place to try out for restaurant week. You do have to make a reservation and let them know that you want to participate in the restaurant week special. There is a limited selection of choices, meat, chicken and fish for protein, but it's unlimited and they are great about checking in with you to make sure you have enough to eat. The salad/soup/bread selection was great. Overall, the food and experience was great. I would definitely come back and eat here for the full dining experience to try meat/chicken/fish options.

After a 35 min wait the manager brought us free Sangria. That helped before we were seated at the chefs table. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were celebrating my birthday and my fiancé was impressed with how great the service was. They all were extremely kind people and worked to make sure that we enjoyed everything. My fiancé needed his steak well done and they brought him 2 different cuts of meat until he was satisfied. Bravo! We will return
