Food was not as impressive as the previous times I've been here but was still a cut above the rest. I really appreciated the small bite that was brought over as an appetizer and the little dessert treat. It's touches like this that make this restaurant special.

The food was inventive and excellent. Amazing that we had not heard of this restaurant until we saw a Globe review. We definitely will return. The bar area looked very comfortable with sofas and easy chairs. Very welcoming. Even though the main restaurant room was large, it was fairly easy to carry on a conversation. There is one side room which would be wonderful if you wanted a truly quiet experience. While the waiter was nice, he was not that attentive and seemed somewhat slow in the service.

Upon review of the vegetarian menu, the server was asked what protein was being offered as part of the entrrees. Response: "What do you mean by protein chicken, fish, and steak?" The server had not connected with the kitchen to identify what vegetables composed the vegetable daily special. We spoke with the owner, who suggested a chesse plate and said that within the "industry" protein equates to meat. The vegetable plate we ordered was tasty but lacked thoughtful execution and texture.

We had tried Zebras quite a few times in the past because we have a lot of Medfield ties, and we were always disappointed with the food. Usually a pretty good sounding menu with poor execution. Well, we received a postcard inviting us back to celebrate my birthday with a free entre and also read a great review in the Globe, and a new chef with fanulous credentials, and we decided to give it another try. What a surprise! Everything we had was incredible. We can't wait to go back. We had Chicken Liver Pâté for an appetizer, I had the Seared Scallops and my wife had the Lamb Ragout with homemade Pappardelle. The waitress told us not to fall in love with anything because the menu is always changing. I will surely recommend Zebra's to friends.

I had t been to zebras in about a year and had a.very pleasant surprise. The service was excellent as usual but the food had impro Ed considerably. We had 2 choices off of the charcuterie board, a cheese choice and a salad along with oysters. The food was outstanding, down to pickled veggies that were served on the side. Very fresh and creative. Our bill was very reasonable as well. Will be back soon!

We have been here many times and have never been disappointed. Does it have some minor flaws? Yes. But it is one of the best restaurants in the metrowest area. From the soft shell crab to the hamburger to the bibb salad, the taste buds were delighted. The wine list is chosen with impeccable care and the pricing is accommodating and fair to all wallets. The service is always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The ambience is inviting and comfortable. Make this a stop when in the metrowest.

What A great find for the West Suburbs. The food was really terrific as was the wine list. Though a bit pricey it was well worth the cost.

Took a friend out for a going away party . Medfield is her hometown and the rest of us traveled a distance. Would travel again, food and drinks excellent . Portion size could be a little bigger.
