We arrived at 9:45 am for breakfast. The buffet was completely empty. I never saw that it was refilled in the 45 minutes we were eating. I ordered off the menu the food took an exceptionally long time and was like warm when it arrived. Our waitress was grumpy and not attentive.
Very attentive staff! We enjoyed Nick’s stories about the history of the hotel and service was prompt and food was good with generous portions!
We looked on line at the menu. It looked great so we made the reservation. The menu was different and did not have the items we would have ordered. It took over an hour to get our food although the order was simple. The order did not come out as ordered but we kept it as we had already waited over an hour. The food was mediocre at best. We would not recommend the Zebra Room unless they have proper management and chefs.
