Excellent atmosphere and the service and food just the best!

Delicious food and great service as usual! Zazu is one of our very favorites.

One of our favorite restaurants. Service and Covid protocols are always very good. Just wish they’d change up the menu a bit. Or at least have a daily special like they used to. When you go there as often as we do, some variety would be great!

Zazu's is one of our favorite places to eat!! Now is a perfect time, during the holidays with all the Christmas lights downtown!

Service was absolutely amazing. Our server was very friendly, and made great appetizer and desert recommendations. Our entrees were okay, some things came out over cooked and cold. The bread pudding desert was by far the best part of the meal.

Not a fan of the new menu and the fried chicken was over cooked. Also the food took almost 45 minutes to come out.

I booked thru Open Table. The restaurant called me three times in the two days before making sure I was coming. That was a little annoying. Seated promptly when we arrived. We were a group of 6. We were seated in the back of their upstairs area. I had asked for a quieter area so I guess that's why we were put there. Anyway, it was less noisy but the ambience was not as good. Three of us ordered the Pecan smoked brisket, one had the catch of the day and one Crab Cakes. Thumbs up on the crab cakes and the fish. Unfortunately the brisket was just so so. Our server was prompt and creative when we asked if some sides could be changed. She was good. We were in town for a downtown event so Zazu was a good fit. I wouldn't go back just to eat there though.

Amazing place! From out of town and met a dear friend here. Tatum was a wonderful bartender and the food that was served was excellent. Will be back and thank you Forthe great experience.

Even though we were full we had to order the cheesecake! It transcends all other cheesecakes.

Food was great. Grits were my favorite part of the meal.

We have been to Zazu's several times and have always enjoyed it. They do change their menu occasionally which disappoints me because some of our favorites are no longer available, but still love the food & atmosphere !!

We had the poutine for a starter and we couldn't believe we finished the whole thing so quickly. So yummy! For my entrée I ordered the shrimp and grits. It was the single best shrimp and grits I have every had. The grits were beautifully creamy and the sauce was paired perfectly with the shrimp. I can't wait to eat here again.

We had a wonderful night out for dinner. Our server was knowledgeable and very kind. She made our night very enjoyable.

Our meal at Zazu was excellent as usual. We really enjoyed the amberjack. It was cooked perfectly. And the bread pudding was delicious. Excellent service from Tatum. Can't wait until our next visit!

Zazu is a great place! I had great shrimp and grits and my wife had fantastic amberjack fish with the best brussel sprouts ever! It's a cozy, lively, and fun place. I will definitely return. Our waitress, originally from Jacksonville, was prompt and friendly.

We loved every minute! The food and service were both great and it is a perfect place to celebrate a birthday!

Wonderful luncheon with my daughter. Adam gives amazing service and food is consistently good. We appreciate the extra steps for Covid protocols and carefulness from the front and back of the house staff.

Great find! Restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive and food was delicious. The ambiance was relaxed and inviting. Building was a great blend of old and modern. Would definitely eat here again!

Food and service are excellent, you can tell they really take pride in their dishes.

We went early and there was plenty of room to social distance. The food and service are consistently wonderful. Really a favorite spot of ours. Great for date night.

The restaurant is set up really well, it had been sometime since we have been out to eat but felt it would not be too crowded for brunch at 11:00. The waitress was excellent and very attentive. Food is good slightly overpriced but I am sure we will go back.

Had our table waiting on us when we got there, temperature checked us all and the tables were spaced out nicely for safety and privacy. Our server did a great job and the food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Food is amazing. We had a graduation party here and it’s was fabulous. We also like the Sunday Brunch.

Love this place!!! Always have a great dinner here. Good selection of different menu items. Missed the boiled peanuts this trip (stupid COVID rules but no fault of the restaurant). Big fan of the Smoked Old Fashioned they currently have.
