It was good food our server seemed to be in a hurry to get us out of their but other than that everything was good. It should be noted we were there until 8 and they were still open for another hour or two.

Zaza is my new favorite place! I've been five times in the last month! Everything we have tried (bacon dates, stuffed mushrooms, baked oyster (oh my!), Zaza's wedge salad, eggplant caprese salad, shrimp risotto, halibut, veal marsala, chicken limone) has been absolutely amazing! Last night, I tried the whitefish and it was SO fishy, I couldn't eat it. The sauce (lemon caper butter) was quite good and the side of linguini w/ spinach was very nice, but the fish was NOT edible.
When we first arrived, it was VERY busy and loud. I was so pleased to see it crowded on a Saturday night! Our server was inattentive, which was a bit understandable at first. Halfway through our meal the restaurant slowed down considerably, but his service did not improve.
All said, I will definitely go back, soon. One bad piece of fish does not spoil the entire restaurant and experience. But, this was worth mentioning.....

Not a bad place overall. We started by waited for our reservation. The main dish was missing a side dish we never received and was underwhelming.

This was our second visit to ZaZa and it was just as good as the first. It is amazing to have a meal with four people and have all of them love everything they ordered. ZaZa is our new go-to place.

First time at ZAZA and loved it! Tried Zaza's special: halibut with wild mushrooms and risotto - and it did not disapoint. Our waitress provided great recommendations and was very attentive. We would definitely visit again!

Service was inattentive, painfully slow and unapologetic. It started ok - we placed a drink order and it came out as you would expect. Then we ordered an appetizer and a salad. That also came out pretty much right away. That’s when it went south. Our server didn’t check on us again for about 25 minutes. Not alarming yet, but we had to flag him down to get another round of drinks. After another 20 minutes - still no drinks! The restaurant wasn’t that busy. Our server was working the patio and the inside. My wife got up to use the restroom and ran into him inside. She asked about the drinks. He told her the drinks are first-come first-served, that it’s very busy and that she should go sit down and wait. My wife was stunned. He was so rude about it. The drinks were a Prosecco and glass of wine - a simple pour and the Prosecco was in a mini bottle. 5 more minutes and the drinks finally came. By this time, we are a full hour since we finished the salad. The owner passed by and my wife started by asking her about the long wait. She was defensive right off the bat and started with the “short staff due to Covid, doing the best we can” routine. She never even hinted at an apology or gave any indication that she cared, quite frankly. She told us they were so busy, that the kitchen was running about 45 minutes. We were already over an hour, and again, it wasn’t that busy! Obviously, everybody knows things have been difficult for restaurants. All the more reason to treat the customers who are there properly. Clearly the owner’s prickly disposition filters down to the rest of the staff. We finally got our food close to an hour and 20 minutes after the appetizers. The owner helped bring the food out which, by the way, wasn’t prepared the way we ordered it. She made a couple of insincere remarks about hoping we enjoy the food and the rest of our evening. We ate the food - which was good enough and asked for the check. Not going back. Waiting is one thing, being rude is another.

Zazas was a very welcoming and friendly environment . My husband and I went with our super loud almost 2 year old . They were accommodating to the whole family. Brought cups with lids , put us in a corner ( which I particularly prefer when I’m out with my kids so we don’t disturb too many people around us ) and kept checking in us.

The food was great . They make fresh pasta and it really makes a difference . The Pizza was the best !! The Kids meal was large enough to make our little ones full and happy. I would recommend!

Our waiter was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and attentive. I appreciate that he wore a mask correctly at all time. However, I will not return to this restaurant. Many employees were not wearing or incorrectly wearing a mask while carrying food, serving food or attending to customers. Also, the staff did not enforce customers to wear masks while walking through the restaurant. My family and I did not feel safe.

Worst dining experience in my 50 years . Food was decent BUT service beyond horrible and you can't blame Covid for this. Manager was beyond rude, very dismissive and very disrespectful. There were 7 of us total. 2 people ordered salads with an appetizer and very clear instructions it was to be brought out as their entrée. Waiter confirmed that. Both salads came out and we pushed to the side; thinking they forgot. We overlooked that. Then their hot meatballs were brought out within minutes and the server was asked is the rest of the dinners were coming since salad and meatballs were to come out with other entrees. Blank look. 15 mins later (meatballs now cold) 3 entrees came out. We wait for the other 2 entrees and nothing. After 15 mins we were finally able to flag someone down and ask where the other 2 entrees were. Blank face was the response again. After another 30 mins the 2 chicken entrees finally came out. But it was almost 45mins later and everyone was done eating. We declined ONE of the chicken meals and said we weren't paying for it. They took both back and through them both away. One person was still wanting their meal! Our table sat there for at least 15-20mins with no one checking on us so we couldn't ask where they took the one meal that wasn't declined. We flagged the manager down and he was rude. He said they don't give free meals away. I pointed out only 1 out of the 2 meals was refused but he didn't listen. So 2 out of 7 people didn't get food. They also charged us for a side dish that wasn't given to us. They lied and told us they removed it from the bill, but they didn't. They claim they do not get paper bills so we looked on a handheld computer to see if bill was okay. Once we paid we got a printed receipt and say they never took off the side dish like they said they would. Food was good but service was horrible and being lied to and treated rudely by management is unacceptable. Don't go there but if you do, double check bill.

Zaza's is my new favorite Italian place! My first visit was just the day before my second. I was so impressed by it on Saturday night that I wanted to bring my boyfriend back on Sunday. I was happy he loved it as much as I did.
We had the stuffed mushrooms which were an amazing appetizer! I had the Zaza Wedge Salad, it was super fresh and delicious. My boyfriend had the veal marsala which was also fabulous! It seems everything they do is fantastic!

A M A Z I N G! This was our first visit to Zaza Cucina and we could not have had a better experience! The menu offers a variety of options from appetizers to salads to pizza to pasta to entrees (fish, seafood, and meats). We started with the bacon wrapped dates. They were pretty charred when they arrived, we thought they were burnt, but the tasted so good! I had the eggplant burrata with was very fresh and delicious! My friend had the vodka rigatoni which was also very fresh and tasty! Our server, Carla, was darling and very friendly! And the place is beautiful inside and out (outdoor dining area).

Fantastic setting with covered outdoor seating, great food, good drinks. A little on the pricier side but doesn't feel overpriced; it's a higher-end experience and worth paying a little extra for. I loved the seafood options. Really delicious and a great ambiance -- energetic but not obnoxious.

Ambiance was lovely and the patio was nice! We were disappointed with our server not being attentive, ordered entrees 2 hours after being seating. Scallop appetizer was delicious!! However our entrees lacked flavor unfortunately. Carpaccio salad was not entree sized and bland. Rigatoni carbonara was more of a fettuccine and not very egg based
