   Very disappointing. Not true to Greek , Turkish or Lebanese flavor profiles. Dined with my 2 daughters and we ordered many items familiar to us from Mediterranean/mid Eastern restaurants. The grape leaves had a strange sweet taste. The pita bread - a must have staple for this type of fare - was awful. Arrives warm and puffed and quickly cools and becomes dry and tasteless. The zatinya fries are simply - french fries. The kefta meat was so dry and unpleasant. The chicken kebob offered a couple of tiny nuggets. Best dish was the grilled halloumi. Very small but good cheese. Server was inattentive, unfriendly and uninterested as he never returned to our table after taking order. The extra star for service was for the bussers that kept our water glasses full. For this overpriced experience we got to pay $23 for mandatory hotel valet and restaurant offers no validation.

   Excellent service, with very attentive professionals from the host (with the most) to the waiter, to the people serving and providing water and delicious thin, fluffy pita bread. I'm going back again this coming week!

   Came the 2nd time in a week. Only complaint was the music was too loud and they turned it down at my request. Each time I’m there, my party DINES, instead of just eating. The food and the service are superb. Wait staff is amazing. My guest called me afterward and couldn’t thank me enough! I look forward to dining at Zaytinya often and soon.

   Support staff was excellent and attentive. Sadly it seems our waiter never put in the second half of our food order. I can’t be sure where the breakdown was bc he never told us what happened. We waited a solid half hour with no food or drinks after our initial round of tasty small plates. Flagged down a different waiter to order a second round of drinks. After 40 minutes we lost interest in the four remaining dishes that never showed up, but asked for dessert since it was a friend’s birthday. One “meh” dessert was comped, but no apology for the screw up or that we left hungry. This was a very different experience than at the original Zaytinya in DC. Still gave 20% tip but boy it was not worth it. Valet was efficient, but $18.

   Food was fantastic. Tried a bit of everything on the menu. The food, the ambiance, the lighting - everything was excellent.

    The service was amazing. The food was extremely delicious. So many different flavors and spices. My wife and I had a great time. We enjoyed our Anniversary dinner last night. Thank you Zaytina. Ps. I would like to give a shout out to Haley truly amazing.
