El sushi estaba mucho tiempo guardado y además, los rollos tempura estaba mal fritos... muy mal sabor de la comida, para nada recomendable

No recomendaría a ninguno de mis amigos que vayan al Zao en ningún día que tengan una promoción porque simplemente, no pueden manejarlo. En mi caso fui el viernes 27 de Enero a las 8pm, con toda mi familia (6 personas), pedimos un "all you can eat" para todos y lo que obtuve fueron 3 tablas que no cumplían con todos los rollos mencionados en la carta del "all you can eat"; un lapso de entrega de 1h entre tabla y tabla; pusieron las 3h que estuve ahí el mismo playlist pop trillado con un volumen tan alto, que la gente gritaba como si fuera una discoteca (con esa música) y no un restaurante de la línea que ustedes proponen, era imposible conversar en familia; finalmente pasamos la incómoda situación de ver cómo se les atendía antes a mesas que llegaron mucho después de nosotros y que ordenaban exactamente lo mismo. Al pedir razón de lo que pasaba, la mesera solo supo informarnos que ella ya metió el pedido y que "ojalá nos atiendan rápido", también nos dijeron que "el chef estaba atorado con los pedidos". Vimos 2 mesas irse y honestamente debimos hacer los mismo. Ya al momento de irnos, otra eternidad para que nos generen la factura y encima no tenían cambio... eran $2 por los que nos tuvieron esperando tanto tiempo. En realidad la experiencia fue lo peor y que pena haber pasado algo así porque tienen un buen lugar, con una buena propuesta gastronómica pero con un pésimo servicio.

La atención dejó mucho que desear, se demoraron 50 minutos en pasarnos el primer plato o tabla de comida. Pedíamos algo más y se demoraban bastante en volver a servir, al momento de la facturación se demoraron 20 minutos.

La comida como la atencion estuvo muy bien. Lo unico que molesto un poco que pusieron un partido con un volumen considerablemente alto (lo cual rompe un poco el ambiente),Ya que el lugar es mas para musica como tienen usualmente. Todo lo demas excelente!
