   Even with the crazy rush our server Alex was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Being a server myself I was very impressed with the management and how they dealt with the unexpected rush. Way to go Zana!

   Ambiance is great! Vibe is cool, but unfortunately, they don’t quite understand how to execute “that level” of upscale dining. It’s giving very heavy “pretend” vibes. With that said, the food is good, the service is good, and the overall experience was good. Nothing was great, nothing was amazing, and nothing was over the top. So for that price point, you expect more than “good”. The saying goes “you get what you pay for” well, in this case you get a lot less than you pay for. The menu is very limited, portions are super small, and is overpriced.

   Venue is great, they did a nice job changing it from the previous restaurant located there. Food was good, service was good. Only real issue is that it was too loud. Really hard to have a conversation with everyone at your table.

   The restaurant itself is beautiful. The ambiance was amazing. However, we went for the first time on mothers day and did not realize the menu would be different than their normal dinner menu. The menu options were disappointing and subpar. The food itself was bland, greasy, and frankly not worth the price. Honorable mention, everything is a la carte and for the price I genuinely expected to be "wow'd." They failed to make my steak the correct medium temperature twice (over cooked each time). My family also ordered their burger, bland and basic for $22. You are better off going to red robin... We also ordered a couple sides of fries that were $12 each. I cannot stress how greasy they were. No better than bar food. Literally I bit into them and grease came pouring into my mouth.. My daughter had the French toast and we couldn't taste any cinnamon or vanilla.. Just bread and egg...We also had meatballs as an appetizer, and they had raisins in them? and pine nuts on the outside So they were oddly sweet and the flavors just did not mesh.. I may go back and try their normal dinner menu, I really wanted to like this place.. However for now its just a cute place to take pictures and grab a drink

   The ambiance, the food and the service were all amazing! Many time you go to a newer restaurant and things are still a bit of a mess. The team at Zana have taken their time to make everyone’s experience a great want and deserving of retried trip.

   Wow, they really put their best foot forward for Mother's Day. We really appreciate the flowers and other goodies they gave our mom. The service and food were impeccable as usual. We absolutely love this place and will be back very soon.

    Jocelyn's service was wonderful. The ambiance was great: chic and just the right volume inside. The food was paced well and came out quickly despite the restaurant being busy. The Waygu meatballs and the Short Rib were delicious.

    Great ambiance.. food and drinks are amazing. Different but delicious. The only think was annoying is if you have any sensitivities they won't adjust the dish/drink. Otherwise everything is great.

    Celebrated our anniversary and everything was absolutely Perfect from the second we walked in. The food, the service and ambiance was amazing. Zana has the best food and it’s such a fun night out. Great place to have an amazing time not to mention the most beautiful design. Truly one of a kind. Highly recommend ZANA!

    Right off the bat — the place is beautiful and even though we were 10 minutes late, they seated us right away and with no issues. Food + drinks were so good (order the tequila sorbet if it’s available, it’s AMAZING), but hands down the service was top tier. Shawn and Zana are as sweet as they come they both made our night.     Amazing service by my server. I forget what her name was but she had pink hair. I am a server myself and it was nice to see a kind, hard working server. Overall the food was amazing and interior was just as good. Will be returning. :)

    We won a gift card to Zana recently, so we decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary here. My wife was disappointed that Zana does not have iced tea. We asked the server for a minute so we could decide what to order, but she did not come back to check on us for over ten minutes. We have been to 1 or 2 restaurants that were previously at this location, and it was nice that the current owners re-did everything. Big, airy feel. Not very intimate. Ultimately the food was good -- I have a dairy allergy and tried to order accordingly. Unfortunately something ended up bothering my stomach slightly the next day -- nothing major but just annoying.

    The rigatoni had (presumably rabbit), bones in it. They apologized and did not charge us, but it was disturbing and ruined the meal. Halibut was fine. The wedge salad was very good. The restaurant is beautiful. The service was very good but odd at times: they changed out the silverware after every course. When making the reservation I noted that it was our anniversary. I do not expect anything except acknowledgement of the occasion and there was none. If we return it would be for the bar area only. There are much better places to eat.

    Nowhere to place your handbag when sitting in the two seat tables. Didn’t like that I had to place it on the floor. The music was a little loud which made the conversations louder so it was a bit loud. Otherwise it was great!

    This place is loud, not energetic, but loud. I couldn’t even hear the people at my table without everyone yelling (we resorted to texting at times). The acoustics in the space really need to be addressed.

    I Originally made the reservation for the regular menu and pricing for Easter Sunday with my Daughter. Received a call about 4days before hand that they would not be serving off menu but a Buffett and we’re not sure what foot they would be serving yet. It was too late at this point to change, so we took our chances. Completely disappointing food and over priced Buffett. (More than their normal menu-$75) For a selection that resembled a Marriott breakfast buffet. Charcuterie, salad, eggs, bacon, and some ham and lamb. Plus some desserts. Very disappointing for the price. Great waitress and ambience. I later felt sick (assuming from buffet food) I don’t usually right negative reviews, but feel this needed to told.

    We went for Easter Brunch with a one year old and a three year old, it was fantastic. Both enjoyed the food selection as did the rest of us. Quote from three yr old “ this is the best lunch ever “. The homemade whip cream was a hit with all. The food was delicious, no lines to get food and the waitstaff were friendly and efficient.     Overall great experience. Service was great, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu/wine. Food was good, small menu that was executed nicely. Ambiance is great, but it can get a little loud when full. Prices are a little high but on par with the neighborhood.
