Valet parking was backed up for 30 mins. Management didn't help with umbrellas or try to ease the issue

I didnt want to write this, but you should know. My really pricey Branzino had bones that I needed to pick out before or after every bite, so as not to choke. My friend’s Lions Mane kabob chewed like a slimy thick rubber band. The consistency was 🤢 terrible. We were so excited to come back to Zakia only to be disappointed by subpar food. The hummus, rice, cauliflower and fattoush were delicious as expected. The main courses were both bothersome.

Without a doubt, the very best hummus we have ever had! This place is outstanding. So good, that my three sisters whom got together in Atlanta for a 2 day reunion, are going back for lunch tomorrow. We’ve lived in Mediterranean countries and all of us were incredibly impressed with the authentic quality of every dish. This place is a find! And our server, Charlton, outstanding. Can’t say enough good things about Zakia. Wish it was located where I live. I’d camp out under the table and never leave.

We’ve been to this place taking our Lebanese family and this time we went for lunch. Disappointing was that the menu is limited for lunch and the Kibby and patata were not on there. Also noted that waitress was little less energetic and attention full than we are used too. Still what we ate for lunch was very good

My friends in town for our annual reunion and I were seated at a round table surrounded by elegant drapes. We all agreed it was the best restaurant experience we’ve had with the possible exception of Curate in Asheville years ago. The food was exceptional as it always is at Zakia, but our waiter, Carlton, was charming, witty, and knowledgeable and yet never intrusive. Just a spectacular experience all the way around.

I had an amazing dining experience for my birthday. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the food was exceptional. I even received a beautiful email from the restaurant the next day, thanking me for dining with them. I honestly can’t wait to go back. After the restaurant closed they had an event with a belly dancer and music, we had a blast. Definitely one of my new fave restaurants.

Pros: Kunefe; Grape Leaves and the chicken part of the mixed grill were great. The rice was also great. The ambiance is wonderful and the service is absolutely stellar , from the valet to the hostess to the server. All workers are just amazing. Cons: The lentil soup didn’t taste like lentil soup because they use green lentils and I guess different veggies and spices. It tasted more like minestrone and that was disappointing. The bread quickly lost its softness and became hard/crispy. The Zatar they put for dipping tasted more like oil and was not flavourful. I remember loving the restaurant when I came last year but in the last couple of months I ordered take away once and went there and sat at the restaurant once and both times I was disappointed so it won’t be a place I’m excited to go to anymore.

Nice experience and beautiful restaurant and area. A little pricey and portions are average, but definitely worth the experience. Thanks!
