Zahav Ratings and Reviews
Zahav is the standard we hold every other restaurant experience to. This time wasno exception. The food, service, and experience was not to be forgotten—the reason we kept going back time and again. We have been to every Cook n Solo restaurant and not once been disappointed. We are massive fans!
Once again Zahav did not let us down. Everything was beyond amazing. We enjoyed every dish. Some of the highlights that we loved besides the salads, hummus and bread was the fried cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, caramelized fennel and the kebabs. The chocolate cake tonight was outstanding! I will be dreaming of that cake for days. Fantastic food, service and atmosphere!
Went for my friend's birthday. Food and service were stellar. Love this place and would go back more often if I could get reservations more frequently.
They just went the extra mile in making my friend's birthday extra special by putting her name and "happy birthday" on the menu, sparkling wine, candle on her dessert, a complimentary course, and just being really attentive.
Tipped our waiter well because he deserved it!
You can probably enjoy this restaurant by ordering a la carte, but to get the most out of your Zahav dinner try the Tayim option. You may find it is too much food, but I assure you the leftovers will be great too! Do save room for dessert. The four we tried were great. We were lucky to get seated in the more quiet back area, which meant we could hear each other talk without difficulty. Service was awesome too.
Made the reservation 60 days in advance as you need to. Worth the wait. Have been going to Zahav since it opened and have enjoyed every meal. Our wait staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the meal. The wine he recommended was liked by all.
I appreciated being able to have a taste before ordering the bottle. We always get the tasting menu so we can try everything. The food was excellent. It was a great way to spend a special birthday with my family. Zahav had no issues using my opentable gift certificate which I had never done before. The whole evening was memorable from arrival to departure.
I honestly can’t put in to words how delightful my evening at zahav was. Everything was absolutely fantastic! Each dish was different, well thought out, and perfectly balanced. Every one was as beautiful as it was flavorful! We even loved the crazy music selection!
When the bill came and was significantly less than we expected I knew zahav just went from special occasion restaurant, to my new Everyday favorite!
We had a 5pm reservation and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. There was already a long line just to get into the restaurant, I would recommend getting there early. We were promptly greeted by a friendly hostess. The waiter was incredible, he was knowledgeable about the menu and offered many great suggestions. The food was delicious , portions were small, fair value for the cost. All in all, we would return, just not right away.
It was my absolute pleasure to dine at ZAHAV restaurant for my birthday!
Words cannot describe how fabulous an experience it was... from the sitting, the impeccable attention to details all the way to an amazing Israeli food!
The service was on point, always friendly and courteous! Thank you Julie for all your kind help and knowledgeable menue suggestions!
