Zack's American Bistro Ratings and Reviews
I have been to Zack's numerous times now. I enjoy their burgers, salads, and pizzas. Their waiters and waitresses either have too many tables or they need to learn to manage things better as it always seems like service is a little slow. Food is always great and several TVs to watch the game. Overall a nice place to stop while you're in the neighborhood for a bite to eat.
A vibrant bar area is separated just enough from the main dining area to make this a great place for a casual happy hour or full dinner event. The open style kitchen adds energy and excitement to the dining experience without being overstated or noisy. Crisp and clean wood tables & chairs, stained concrete floors, black cloth napkins all contribute to an upscale flare. Large outdoor dining area compliments the indoors, with glass walls all around to open up the views. The food was absolutely awesome, and full dinners are priced from $12-$19 so you wont break the bank here. Burgers and hot sandwiches well under $10. You'll often see the owners here too, busy working with everyone else. Give this place a try and see what you think :)
We went for Brunch on a Saturday. We had a large party (10) but given that their was only one other table occupied, service was very slow. It took over 50 min to get our food.
Food was ok but hash browns were very greasy. I tend to like mine on the crispy side and these were soaked in grease thus were soggy.
Overall was just an ok experience. Nothing special.
