   Staff were able to adapt quickly to our vegetarian needs with helpful suggestions. They even suggested some improvisation of non-vegetarian dishes, which helped greatly. High quality ingredients from the teas to the vegetables to the dim sum were obvious. Will be back.

   We returned to Yun for dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We ordered the soft shell crab with steamed mantou as appetiser. Half a crispy roast duck, xo seafood fried rice and string beans with olive leaves as main. Lotus pancakes and sesame balls as dessert. We enjoyed every dishes and the ambience.

   All dishes were well prepared except for the fritter dough rolls which were slightly clumped and gooey to be separated and served individually. The dishes that the family enjoyed most were the grouper rolls, carrot cake, xo scallops prawns yam basket and deep fried rice cakes.

    The Michelin's recommended eatery never disappoint us, the food can be better. I put forward a special request with a question mark but they surprised me by fullfiling it. Well done the waiters and waitresses there.

    Restaurant patrons can only park in shopping mall public car park, not the hotel guests car park. The shopping mall public car park is filled with sewage smell, and the entrance is very hidden. The concierge of the hotel was playing his phone while giving us direction of Yun House. What he said was "5B". Same attitude of the receptionist at the entrance of the restaurant. She has no smile, no greetings, just coldly asked "any booking?" Once you sit down, the waiter asked you what tea you want, without even giving you the tea menu. I have to ask for the tea menu. Couldn't believe this is Four Season. As for the food, the dim sum variety is limited, and overpriced, as the portion is small. The dumpling is pricing by per piece which I think is ridiculous. The wrapping of Cheung Fun (rice flour roll) is very funny textured, like mixed with glutinous flour. We had tried 4 dim sum, 2 teas and the bill comes to RM190. I don't mind the price if the restaurant can offer true 5-star service and food. Forget to mention that the view (we have a table by the window) is KLCC park view, and you can see the construction site with a water hole like sewage pond and a structure like a squatter shed. Not really whet your appetite. Anyway, I will not go back to this restaurant and not recommend to my friends.

    the service was excellent and the young man that was looking after our table was trying so hard. However the food was very average and I came away disappointed from the experience . For a brand like the four seasons I had expected much more. Unfortunately this was not the highlight chinese dining I was looking for.

    Disappointed with a services. As i had a great experience worldwide with four season. But unfortunately here in KL Staff was not really knowledgeable about the food details. Wrongly suggested DimSum by staff (we asked for chicken dimsum but was given Prawn) we requested Raw sugar or brown sugar for the tea. Staff was clueless what is it? We asked double shot vodka. But was given single shot. Very disappointed

    Food was not worth the price - soup was pricey for its portion, overly salty and was not warm enough when served - duck skin was decent along with its wrap - duck meat fried rice was bland and not fragrant, should have served it earlier instead of waiting as well Service was horrendous - was okay at the start and guided us to our seat - but after that nobody came up to collect order and I had to walk out to the counter and get someone over - throughout the dinner I waved my hands multiple times but no servers attended to me as they just walked by without noticing, so again I had to walk over to them to get something - same when I tried to get the bill, nobody noticed me and I had to walk over to them and ask them for the bill

    If you order set menu need to wait at least 30 mins 1. I ordered 238 wagyu fried rice , the rice is tasteless 2. Ordered 568 set menu , taste was awful 3. Lobster also tasteless I need to dip soy sauce to eat

    Restaurant was very cold AC. From the time we ordered until the first dish arrived it took more than 45mins. Overall the food was good but the time and temp made for a rather unpleasant experience. We wish we ate someplace else.

    The food was delicious and well executed, especially the beef and vegetables. Quality ingredients were used. Service was top-notch as the waitresses were very patient with us despite us over-staying by 1 hour. Would come again and recommend to others.

    We went for dim sum lunch. It was fantastic! The food was great, as was the service. It was a weekday and we went early, so it was quite quiet but even when the tables filled up later it wasn't noisy. The ambience was good too. Great place for high-end dim sum, highly recommend.

    Experience was overall good. However, the food was incredibly mediocre. Good for halal high-end dim sum because quality of food is there. But taste is unfortunately not up to expectations, coupled with its pricing. There are other better halal dim sum restaurants in other hotels.

    It just doesn't value much, you would expect more for the price you paid. For the ingredients used, I expect much more flavourful notes, but it ended up fairly unmatched, eg. black truffle crystal dumpling. Nevertheless, service and ambience is top. Keep up the good work.
