One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! My husband and I were in Park City for a long weekend ski trip. Taking the advice of other reviews we ordered the black cod and the Himalayan Beef. Both were absolutely fantastic! We also had 2 sushi rolls as appetizers - again delicious. Our waiter Nate was outstanding. We will definitely be back on a future trip!
Family loved cooking the wagyu beef on Himalayan salt block...and everything else.
Rachel was amazing. Deserves a raise and accolade.
Vacation dining. Very nice people. Good food choices and lots of relaxing
We ate here on our recent trip to Park City. Very cool looking restaurant with a nice vibe.Although the entryway was very crowded and there was not really much room to stand and wait for your table. Service was good, drinks were excellent and the sushi was wonderful with great presentation. We had a variety of rolls and the udon noodle bowl. We also tried the meat cooked on the Himalayan salt block-one word delicious!! Didn't care for the bench seating after skiing all day but the food quickly made up for that! Would definitely go back on our next trip to PC.
Sushi was delicious. It was incredibly loud, with a table of 12 doing many (!) sake bombs. If you get a quieter night, it should be amazing. Otherwise, be prepared to scream to your table companions to be heard, or better, brush up on your charades.
Our family of 5 - 3 teenage boys and parents absolutely loved this restaurant. Great classics and fun new options to sample and share. Service was excellent - recommendations when solicited and superior service from Link. Super dinner!
We were on a ski trip to Deer Valley and a friend had told us this was the best sushi she had ever eaten and we agree! We really loved the Sho’nuff roll and the green hornet roll. The Korean tako salad was also wonderful.
Outstanding. Perfect. Quick. Excellent. Fun. Accommodating.
Remarkable and interesting creations, all a delight for your palate!
Some of the best sushi I have had anywhere. The service was impeccable and the whole experience makes it a must to visit again.
Real sushi and excellent service. I highly recommend Yuki Yama for traditional sushi, sashimi and nigiri. They also have some creative dishes and fun rolls. Great sake selection as well. Dont miss it!
We are upstairs and had a great meal; server was attentive and funny. Signature cocktails and sushi rolls were yummy!
Great mountain sushi!! I highly recommended it:)
unique sushi rolls that were creative and delicious.
service so prompt we feel we got all the food too quickly, every course at once
everyone kind and friendly
There are a few sushi restaurants in Park City but this has to be our favorite. The sushi is fresh, the wait staff is knowledgeable about the menu, and the restaurant is a fun, vibrant place!
Exceptional as usual! When we arrived they took us upstairs to a table in the back with zero ambiance. I explained that I booked a high top they open table, and they brought us down to the first floor where the true ambiance is. It pays to book thru open table!!
Great Asian food. Suishi, salads, & seafood were great.
Busy place would have been better with more waiters on top floor. The Soup should be more hot when served but the taste was good. Ingredients were fresh. Other helping Attendants ( who serve water and take away empty plates were alert. Good place for Ramen Noodle but it needs to more hot temperature wise when served. Overall a good place.
very impressed with service and quality of fresh fish and chef's selection; great value for what you get!
Every time my husband and I come to Park City we end up eating 80% of our meals here without planning on it. It's kind of embarasing haha. All the other restaurants just don't compare to the great food (I'm tired of American bistro) and atmosphere - we end up canceling our other reservations elsewhere.
Chefs are wonderful and friendly as is everyone behind the bar and working the floor. Excellent sashimi and you can always find something light if you're trying to cut down on heavy dishes. Will come back again and again. Love sitting at the sushi bar trying whatever Cedric or Eric wants to make!
We are visiting for the skiing and enjoyed a wonderful meal at this restaurant. There is not bar, and no room to wait so I recommend making a reservation in advance. We made our reservation two weeks in advance. Our table was ready onetime. Our server was polite and professional. The food was fresh and prepared perfectly. If you want a leisurely meal don't order everything at once.
I have noticed the restaurants in Park City like to get all of the orders in at once...turning tables is definitely the motivation at most places we ate during our visit.
All in all Yuki Yama is excellent and worth the visit.
My husband and I ate here and just loved it. The decor, particularly the lighting fixtures, is very interesting. There are booths, high top tables, seats at the sushi station and on the floor in the tatami room. Our favorite dish was the black cod (aka sable). Don't be put off by the price at $26. It was worth every penny. We also really liked our drinks (some variation on a Moscow Mule) and the Shishito Peppers appetizer. They even give you "real wasabi" for your sashimi! I look forward to a return visit.
Amazing sushi and ramen bowl.
Awesome ! Had great dinner with my son and the food quality and diverse offerings were amazing !
We visited park city for 5 days and ended up eating here 3 times since our first time was incredible. Ashley was our server and she was superb. Extremely friendly and attentive to our every need. Everyone else made sure our table was clean at all times and the fish was really fresh. Best sushi!
Fantastic service. Wagyu beef on heated salt brick is tasty and an elegant touch. Sushi and sashimi menu is creative. Don’t miss this restaurant- Home Run
Thank you Riley (our server)! Your expertise and recommendations helped us enjoy an exceptional experience - hope to be there again soon.
Sushi was only so so -- no fresher than I can get at home in Detroit. Main problem was the service. My companions ordered sushi as a main and I ordered lo mein. My meal arrived at least 10 minutes after theirs, leaving them in the awkward situation of eating/or not eating while I waited for mine. My meal was finally served by the assistant waiter -- who we had to flag done to inquire after my meal. Our waiter did not come to check on our meal until we were all finished eating.
Excellent sushi in the mountains.
The rolls were inventive and well-made. We had five different rolls and all were great.
The sashimi was excellent.
The best part of our evening was our waitress Ashley. She was friendly and knowledgeable, without being too intrusive. Her recommendations were perfect. I'd try to get her to be your server, if at all possible.
Quite delicious and different from normal Japanese fare, with very nice unusual tastes and choices.
The sushi is fantastic. My son enjoyed the pork ramen. Everything was very delicious
Very pleasant sushi surprise in park city. Sashimi was excellent. Staff was outstanding and really made our 3 and 7 yo feel very welcome.
Great dinner the chiller roll was amazing
We have had dinner here several times. We have had a variety of things from the menu. Everything was fantastic. The service is great. Highly recommend
We arrived on time for our reservation and we're sat close to 30 minutes late
super yummy!! so happy we booked on our last night of our ski trip!
We had a wonderful evening!
Food and fish both very fresh and expertly prepared. Good selection of drinks. Great service too.
We have been here several times and always had great food and loved the restaurant. It is always on our must go list when we visit Park City.
