Excellent food, wait staff and sushi chefs. The servers are very knowledgeable about all the Japanese menu items and sake selection.
Yuki is the best sushi in Park City. The whole family loves this place and the staff treats us like family. It is a don’t miss!!!
We loved everything about Yuki Yama; the upstairs window dining to the friendly staff. We enjoyed each of our dishes. We highly recommend the Purple Haze Sake, sake with a hint of raspberry as well the Bruce Lee Roy roll, bold and flavorful. A must in Park City!
The food is always amazing. Drinks- not so much. And why do you not have a full bar or at least have a staple like Jack Daniels on the menu. The high west distillery bourbon is rubbish.
I love Yuki Yama! I go for two specific dishes - crispy rice with spicy tuna tartar and stuffed shishito peppers. They are always SO good and they didn't disappoint this time. The food is always super fresh and the chefs are very good.
We were a bit early, but the staff sat us immediately. They sat us upstairs next to a window overlooking Main Street. It was perfect. Billy was our waiter and did such a great job taking care of us. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and help guide us through an amazing culinary experience!! We loved it and highly recommend it!
If you are in the Park City area and looking for the best Sushi place in town, look no further.
Phenomenal sushi and service. Can’t wait to go back during our next visit to Park City.
Everything was very tasty and fresh. Next time I’m in town I will be back.
Breanna was awesome and engaging. Sushi was some of the best we’ve had.
Man what a dinner! The fish was on point and the server Stacey is the best in Park City. Nothing was a problem, even my annoying dietary restrictions. I’d say everyone should dine at Yuki but then I won’t get in anymore so I won’t say that.
Great chill date night location. Amazing tasting food. Seems like a better place for a group of 4 or more vs a romantic date.
We really enjoyed our dinner here. We were seated upstairs next to a window so lovely light and view of the historic street and shops. Our waitress was excellent and attentive. We loved the garlic edamame, my husband loved his sashimi, and she shared a roll with beef and tuna. All was so delicious! We will return each time we are in Park City and will recommend to others.
Food was wonderful as always. Jordan was our knowledgeable, friendly server. She was delightful and knew the menu. This is one of our favorite places to eat in PC.
Food was outstanding! Our server was fine, but maybe because the food sells itself since it’s so good. Would come back and recommend to others.
We sat at the sushi bar and let the chef select our meal. It was delicious, beautiful and perfectly timed. Loved the lively but not noisy atmosphere and casually sophisticated ambiance. Will definitely be back when in Park City next time.
Yuki was delicious, as always! Best sushi in Park City!
Our visit just didn’t hold up this time. Have been before and the food was great, but unfortunately this time around I cannot say the same!
Some of the best sushi I have ever had. Unique dishes and approaches to sushi.
Amazing experience! I would very happily recommend this restaurant as our server had recommended the cucumber salad which was excellent.
Th best sushi in town! Everything tastes fresh. Good ambiance.
Delicious! From cocktails to dessert, every bite was amazing. We are vegetarian (no fish) and the chefs even accommodated our veggie swaps in certain sushi rolls. The edamame with spicy cherry sauce and the goat-cheese stuffed sishito peppers are a must!!! (Fun play on jalapeño poppers). Also go for the crepe cake… they bring it in from a Japanese dessert place in SLC and it was SO Good!!
We loved the stuffed shishito peppers, kimchi miso soup and fresh sushi with wasabi root. We have never had wasabi like that before and it made a huge impact!
Delicious food, the mr miyagi roll is one of the best we’ve ever had!
My wife an I went to Yuki Yama for the first time and loved it. The sushi was great. We loved the executive and the chef's choice sashimi. Even the purple haze was yummy.
Some of the best sushi I have had anywhere in the world. You would never expect a mountain town to have such great sushi, but given Salt Lake's international airport, they get as fresh of fish as almost anywhere. Combine fresh, high quality fish with fantastic chefs, and you've got a killer restaurant choice in Yuki Yama. My recommendation: sit at the bar and give your chef some liberty - I ate fish I had never heard of and absolutely loved it.
Amazing food and service! Lots of variety. Would eat here again.
Sushi in Park City? Who knew! Superb quality of fish paired with exceptional preparation and care. Impressive. A top 5 choice in a town brimming with options. A must if you like sushi.
Dining at Yuki is always an exceptional experience, one of the best restaurants in the entire state of Utah. Outstanding quality fish expertly handled by chefs who take the utmost care in their craft. Interesting and creative dishes that are always delicious and visually captivating. A diverse selection of artisan sake'. Yuki Yama is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere.
Jorge and Jenna made our dining experience the best!! Their recommendations were home runs!!
The food was delicious! Our favorites were the seaweed salad, Yama Mama (edamame in sesame oil, garlic, togarashi, cherry preserves) and the Executive (tempura shrimp, avocado, cilantro, topped with tuna, lime, soy, and habanero). The atmosphere was loud. Service great! Would definitely return!
Good place to eat. Fresh and tasty
The food was incredible. The service was incredible. You can tell this is a place locals like to go. It’s small so it gets busy. Definitely would recommend making a reservation
The salmon collar was amazing and the nigiri was all super fresh.
Overpriced, rushed atmosphere with no ambience. The food was nothing special. Fish was warm and warm rolls were cold. If you like getting fleeced at tourist trap, this place is for you. Felt like we were in assembly line of money theft. Hard shell in crab filling middle hurt teeth. Wish I could get time and money back!
The food 🥘 was outstanding! Truly one1 of the very best sushi 🍱 restaurants I’ve ever been to.
Jenna, the waitress did a great job under the circumstances; however the timing from the sushi bar was not good at all. My sushi came out after everyone in my party was finished.
We have been eager to find GOOD sushi and a good all-around dining experience in Park City... and we unequivocally have! Yuki Yama is such a fun experience; we went to celebrate two years of marriage and brought our own bottle of Grande Dame and just had so much fun. Every point of service was fun, not overdone and perfectly attentive. The food is exquisite and very approachable. It was extra fun to have the chef's menu and just be surprised about what we'd be getting. Simply put, a delightfully fun experience. Thank You Yuki Yama! Fun, fun, fun
Great people and very creative & authentic sushi. As locals, we come often and when we bring our out-of-town friends they are always impressed by the place.
A great little sushi place in downtown Park City. Not your traditional sushi place, however -- Yuki Yama is a bit more creative in their cuisine. Everything we tried was absolutely tasty.
Ok as far as sushi restaurants go. Decent selection, more expensive than the quality of food justifies. But passable as far as sushi in a landlocked state goes.
