We had a great time at Yuki Yama! It’s a cute spot with great sake drinks and amazing food. Mary was so on top of everything and the food was perfectly staged. Don’t skip the crab gyoza or waygu apps! Kimchi ramen is outstanding!

I loved the Bruce lee Roy sushi roll with wagyu beef and the yame-mame edamame! Sooo good! And the executive roll was great too! The server also had great recommendations!

The staff, service and food quality was really great. The problem was that the restaurant allowed a table of 8 children ages 2-6 years old dine at their own table while the adults ate at a near by table of 6. The adults left the children to their own devices, screaming and crying , fighting, running around the table. The restaurant staff did their best to manage a reservation made by a hotel concierge who had worked the reservation so the restaurant didn’t realize they were hosting a romper room instead of an elegant dinner. The guests should have had the mindfulness to reserve the entire upstairs as a private event. While the restaurant did their best to manage the situation in real time, it severely impacted the dining experience for everyone seated upstairs which was a shame. If I were the manager I would have at the very least offered meal compensation for all the diners sitting upstairs or a future dining credit instead of just an apology. This restaurant requires a reservation and a deposit, rightfully so, since it serves great food. It’s just too bad they let this group ruin the experience for so many other diners. That is why I could not give the restaurant a better rating.

We loved this sushi! The fish was very fresh, lots of great options, and our server was very helpful and willing to share ideas to help us decide between some different options. Highly recommend.

We had an outstanding experience at Yukia Yama on Sunday. The service, ambiance, food and drink, all made for the perfect place to celebrate our 7-year anniversary. Sake was so good, and my boyfriend enjoyed trying the imported rice beer. I can't pick a favorite nigiri and the ube cake was amazing. When we first started dating, we lived in Maui, HI and would go out to sushi bars for date nights, so we really enjoyed celebrating at Yuki Yama now that we live in Utah. We will definitely come back for a future occasion!

Delicious food and excellent service! We had wonderful recommendations by our server, who was extremely knowledgeable. The food is very expensive, but the quality and freshness are exceptional. We understand why it is so difficult to get a reservation! Highly recommend.

The food was great, but some items were a bit overpriced. It was good but not sure if we’ll come back. Our server tended to talk with lots of other guests and forgot about our party. We got the wagyu tataki, but the stone went too cold to cook the meat. Our drinks also were empty for a while. We tried to find our server to ask for a reheated stone and drinks, but he was busy sitting with guests. I think if our server were more aware of us, it would’ve been a bit better.

We spent our first night of vacation at Yuki Yama, and it was a great way to start off the trip!! Brodie was our server and Manny was our sushi chef. They both took great care of us all night, guiding us through the menu, and helping us make the best selections! We started off with a beer and a mocktail (30 weeks pregnant here!), and then went on to apps. We started with edamame, pork gyoza, and the wagyu tataki. All of it was incredible!! Definitely do not skip the tataki!! Next we moved on to the shrimp roll, executive roll and the spicy hama, followed by the red snapper and the chutoro nigiri. Delicious and surprisingly fresh considering we are nowhere near a coastline! Hubby finished the night with a cherry unfiltered sake! Absolutely an amazing experience! We will be back again next time we are in PC!
