The service was very good, our waiter was very attentive! The food was good but not exceptional. I ordered the chicken karage and it was very dry and over cooked as well as it came with nothing with it. I had to ask if I could could some rice. The gyoza was very good, that was worth coming back for.

We had a fantastic dinner at Yuki Yama. We started with Yama-mame, their spicy edamame. They were excellent! We also had signature cocktails - Negroni, Manhattan, and the Thai Mule. All were wonderful. The crab gyoza were awesome and delicate and the chef’s selection nigiri was all fantastic. The service was very quick and attentive as well. Highly recommend Yuki Yama for a memorable evening in Park City.

I consider myself a bit of a sushi snob when I dine and it takes a lot for me to write a review. Okay. This place hands down, was the best sushi restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We started with the black cod plate. It was butter. Then we tried the red snapper. It just got better. We finished with two rolls, the Chiller and the Bruce Lee Roy. Literally would not change one thing about the fresh fish options, the service, and the ambiance. Go try it for yourself!

Every time I’m in Park City - Yuki Yama is my good to restaurant of choice. Arguably the best sushi in the nation. Staff is so friendly and remembers its customers. Sushi bar is super entertaining but they have really cozy spots to enjoy dinner also. Ramen second to none and wagyu is out of this world.

love this place... very casual but nice atmosphere... more importantly great food with the key being fantastic raw ingredients, mostly cuz of great vendor management to get very fresh ingredients (we go to sushi restaurants for the raw fish to buying / vendor management is the key to great food offerings

My wife and I had her birthday dinner last night at Yuki Yama. The host (Brandon?) was exceptional! Our waiter "Z" was wonderful. They took such good care of us and brought us lots of tasty goodies and introduced us to food and drink that we were surprised and delighted with. Very special. And the food and drink were incredible. But it was the personal touch of the staff that made our night perfect! Thank you! We will be back again and again!

I can't say enough about the quality of the sushi, the "unreasonable hospitality" and the fun time I had last night at Yuki Yama. It is so refreshing to have a consistently great experience from this well-established restaurant. Everyone cares, and it shows. It's also the best sushi in town. Always has been and, from the looks of it, always will be.

The cooked food was pretty good. But the sushi was prob the worse I’ve ever had. The rice was hard and chewy and the seaweed was like leather. Also avoid the upstairs dining. It’s like eating in a cafeteria.

Great place on Main St. They take reservations and are strict about it. The night we went there was a sign on the door stating that all their tables were reserved for the night so please stay out. This kept the activity level down. We had a great waitress, Amber. They have a creative menu. I started with Kimchi miso soup. An interesting combo of Korean and Japanese cuisines. Very good. Then we tried the lamb lollipops which were delicious. A maki with wagyu beef fell a bit short, but A for effort. Then another maki which was delicious, sorry can’t remember the menu name. We had an excellent experience because of the calm atmosphere and the great and friendly service from Amber and the rest of the staff. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the freshness and high-grade sashimi items. The sushi master prepared our choices with love and skill. Kudos to her! High level Japanese fare for a tourist destination. Recommend sitting at the sushi bar.
