   Excellent service , great food , it was for my daughters birthday and she loved it . Super friendly staffs as we was with children they all was very happy

   Good atmosphere. Brilliant attentive staff. Good choice if food online Lovely drinks Food was excellent. Brilliantly cooked steak. Complimentary to the chef. Thankyou for a lovely evening. Especially Chloe for looking after us. Highly recommend this restaurant x

   Expected a buzzy lively atmosphere and it was too quiet. Saying that...we had a nice time and food was amazing!!!!! Just not the atmosphere we expected.

   very nice staff hardly no noise when food arrived it was hot and it arrived really quickly

   Myself and a group of friends were really looking forward to a meal out here. The atmosphere was reasonable to begin with but then really took a turn, to the point where we got the distinct impression that the staff were hoping we would leave, so as they could close early. The floor was being swept near us for an extended period. The most disappointing aspect of our visit was that we were all too polite to mention to one another that be believed the wine we were served seemed to be non alcoholic. But to our discovery were still charged full price. When we asked about adding a tip we were informed they only accepted cash tips. As a result we were unable to leave a tip. Sadly I doubt we’ll be returning.

   There was a huge 60th party going on that was extremely noisy as there were screaming kids and drunk loud men. Whilst we were waiting for our friend to arrive we decided it was way too loud and once she arrived we then saw that is was £21 for a normal chicken burger. I don’t know how they justify that price but it was enough to say that we won’t try there again.

    We went to Yuce’s, for the first time on Mother’s Day with my family, expecting to enjoy a lovely evening meal (judging by the decor and the overall look of the restaurant). How disappointed were we!!! As soon as we sat down, I immediately noticed that there was a used toothpick on our table - left by the last customers before us no doubt!!! The owner explained they’d had a very busy lunchtime and didn’t see it! That’s no excuse in my mind. The drinks were slow to arrive - even though it wasn’t busy and my son was getting very thirsty. I ordered an Esme Salad as a starter - you hardly get your moneys worth for that. Very disappointingly small portions. The mains (I had the sea bass), taste wise, not too bad but again, measly portions and I left the restaurant still feeling hungry. Also, I wanted to change the new potatoes for sweet ones, but the waiter who took our order, said that wasn’t possible. While my son was having bread, one of the other waiters took his plate away! The overall ambience of the place was flat and had none of the buzz you’d expect in a restaurant of that size and given it was Mother’s Day as well. One of the worst restaurants we’ve ever been to and needless to say, we won’t be returning.
