Leider kommen Hotelgäste in kurzen Hosen und nicht passend gekleidet, es wird hier seitens Restaurant nicht darauf geachtet. Speisen waren teilweise sehr Geschmacks neutral (zBsp. beef Tartare) Cocktails waren auch eher Durchschnitt. Personal sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert.

Meal was booked weeks before, it was an 18th birthday, I called and requested a birthday cake which never showed, the booking was not showing on the list, I ordered roast beef and got steak. Not a great show.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We made a reservation on OpenTable then the restaurant did not have record of the reservation. They sat us since I had the reservation proof on the app and in my email. We sat for 1 hour until we were able to give a drink or food order. Food was great but not worth the worst service of my entire life. The waiter would walk by us and ignore us when we tried to place a drink order.

The served dishes are not on par with a 5 star hotel. The food is served almost cold. The dishes are too complicated for the kitchen. There is work to be done. I do not recommend.

We were guests at the hotel and went to You for Valentines Day. It was a great experience, the food was very good and the service amazing. Definitely recommend!

Das Service war einfach super und wir hatten einen eirklich tollen Abend. Das Beef Tartare war etwas wenig gewürzt, aber sehr angerichtet. Ich komme sicher wieder!

El servicio de los encantadores camareros estupendo. El restaurante un desastre en cuanto a organización; teníamos reserva el maitre nos decía que no había mesa y estaba semi vacío!!! Por cierto que no sieve de nada estar hoospedados en el hotel (Le Meridienne…Tema aparte) Tras varios minutos de discusión conseguimos q nos sentaran….Creo que es in problema dmgeneralizado en cuanto a que no hay camareros ni cocineros en Europa….Y un problema de que son fondos de inversión los dueños y a nadie le importa, no hay a quién reclamar

Service, bis auf einen (ungarischen) Kellner unterirdisch schlecht, sehr langsam, dann aufgrund der ewigen Wartezeiten kein Dessert mehr erhalten :-( Ambiente sehr schön, Qualität der Speisen akzeptabel - OK - Service verbessern oder zusperren.

Really let down by poor standard of food. It felt like it might have been the chefs first time cooking this meal (or ever!). We make better food at home in a rush. Waited a long time for our main courses. Chicken was dry and over cooked. Couldn’t finish and couldn’t wait to leave quick enough. Zero atmosphere. If we return to Vienna, we defiantly won’t choose to return here. Totally overpriced and I enjoyable. Don’t chose to eat here unless you have to!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Service war gleich am Anfang sehr gut. Nach dem sehr guten Essen war es dann mit dem Service ziemlich vorbei. Trotz leerer Gläser wurden wir kaum mehr gefragt, ob wir was trinken wollen.Bei einem Kellner, der nicht unserem Tisch zugeordnet war, hatten wir keine Chance, etwas zu bestellen. Zum Schluss war nur Zahlung mit Karte möglich, Barzahlung war nicht möglich. Das hat mich sehr geärgert.

El lugar es hermoso, suuper chic. Lástima que siempre que vamos esta vacío :( la comida es rica, no es barato pero creo que las porciones son justas. Nos encanta este lugar!

sehr aufmerksame, überaus freundliche, liebenswürdige Bedienung; Ambiente an sich sehr angenehm, leider längere Zeit der Atmosphäre so gar nicht entsprechende Musik (wurde auf unsere Bitte hin gleich zu Beginn leiser gedreht, war aber per se nervig und so gar nicht chillig...), zu späterer Stunde dann angenehm u angemessen; etwas "verhaltensauffälliges Publikum" am Tisch vis-à-vis; Kulinarik sehr fein; Weinangebot aber sehr enttäuschend, da nahezu nur Bio-Weine - der Muskateller war mehr sauer als fruchtig; aber alles in allem ein gelungener Abend, den wir alle genossen haben

Auf die Frage ob ein Gedeck gereicht wird wusste die Kellnerin nicht was ein Gedeck ist - nachdem es sich herausgestellt hat , dass es keines gibt haben wir dann einen kleinen Brotlaib für 6 Euro bestellt. Das Essen hat ewig auf sich warten lassen. Die Musik war viel zu laut und sehr hart für ein gemütliches Abendessen wirklich störend. Den Kellner darauf a gesprochen meinte nur das ist hier so. Am Ende und nach keiner Geschmacksexplosion wollten wir bar zahlen worauf man uns mitteilte dass keinerlei bar Zahlung möglich ist. Auf Nachfrage warum meinte die Kellnerin weil sie keine Geldwäsche unterstützen. Dem Gast so etwas zu unterstellen ist eine Frechheit und es ist auch wirklich die Frage ob es rechtlich möglich ist keinerlei Bargeld in einem Wiener Restaurant zu akzeptieren. (Insgesamt eine Enttäuschung- Achtung: auch die Informationen auf der Homepage zu Öffnungstagen und Menü stimmen nicht )

Our experience at You did not start well as they didn’t have our booking. Eventually they sat us down on a table for 10 despite the fact that we were just 4. I ordered a moxitto cocktail which came without mint or alcohol (and those are the essential ingredients!). My husband ended up wearing his beer because the waitress poured it all over him - accidents happen but she left all the beer on the floor next to us for rest of the evening. We will not recommend You.

Vorweg: Das Essen war wie gewohnt qualitativ gut. Problem war, dass das Restaurant geschlossen war (trotz bestätigter Reservierung) und wir in die Bar verfrachtet wurden. Keine richtige Getränkekarte, stark verkleinerte Speisekarte und deutlich anderes Ambiente. Wäre uns das irgendwann vorher gesagt worden, hätten wir einen anderen Abend gewählt. Der Service war mit dem Gästeaufkommen überfordert. Daher eher enttäuschend.

They serve a form of Asian fusion. The food was good and tasty. Service was very good. They have a DJ playing music and the place was fairly lively when we were there. The decor is modern and it has more of a bar or lounge feel than a restaurant. It makes a big change from the traditional functional Austrian restaurant decor and Austrian food. If you are looking for something different we enjoyed it a lot.
