The food is great! The seating arrangements are poor. It was 8 of us and they could only accommodate us at the high table with chairs without back. It would have also been ok if the food didn’t take 2 hours to come and by that time we all were sore sitting on those chairs. The waiters were attention and very nice but the kitchen was extremely slow. When I say slow, it means it took 2hrs to get the main course and the dishes came out one by one, so some people were eating and some were looking at them eating. Overall, 4 stars, but the kitchen must improve.

Wenn bei der Onlinebuchung die Möglichkeit besteht, einen Anlass anzugeben und zusätzliche Notizen zu hinterlassen, diese Informationen aber später keinerlei Berücksichtigung finden, stellt sich für mich die Frage nach dem Sinn dieses Service. Dadurch entstehen Erwartungen, die nicht erfüllt werden – was im schlimmsten Fall zu Enttäuschung führt. Ein konkretes Beispiel: Ich habe angegeben, dass es sich um unseren Jahrestag handelt, und zusätzlich erwähnt, dass wir mit einem Gutschein bezahlen werden. Diese Informationen wurden offenbar nicht ans Team weitergegeben. Natürlich ist das kein Muss – aber wenn solche Angaben schon abgefragt werden, sollte man auch damit arbeiten. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass unser Kellner zu Beginn sehr freundlich und aufmerksam war. Leider hat sich seine Stimmung im Laufe des Abends merklich verändert – zum Schluss hin wirkte er zunehmend ungeduldig und sogar unhöflich. Wichtiger erscheint mir jedoch: Das Essen war geschmacklich ausgezeichnet und auch die Portionsgröße war ideal. Allerdings wurden meine Nudeln kalt serviert. Ein Kollege unseres Kellners hat in dieser Situation vorbildlich reagiert und mir zur Wiedergutmachung sogar ein Glas Prosecco angeboten – äußerst professionell und wertschätzend. Unser eigentlicher Kellner hingegen reagierte wenig empathisch, was leider auch seine Haltung uns gegenüber spürbar veränderte. Ein Hinweis noch für Gäste, die das You zum ersten Mal besuchen: Die Atmosphäre ist sehr stimmungsvoll – allerdings ist es im Gastraum recht dunkel. Unsere Tischnachbarn mussten ihr Essen mit der Taschenlampenfunktion des Handys betrachten.

Meine bestätigte Reservierung war für 22.45. Um 22.43 war ich dort, und es war alles zugesperrt. Ein anderes Restaurant um die Zeit zu suchen, war sinnlos, also bin ich hungrig ins BNett gegangen

Ich hatte unter anderem Caesar Salad bestellt. Ich dachte, dass laut Speisekarte Sardellen dabei sein sollten. Es waren aber keine in meinem Salat dabei. Da das andere Gericht so gut und sättigend war, habe ich mich nicht beschwert, zumal ich wegen der Sardellen unsicher war. Gestern habe ich das Restaurant wieder reserviert, um die Speisekarte genauer zu studieren. Als ich um 22.43 ankam - zwei Minuten vor meiner Reservierung um 22.45 -, war die Tür schon verschlossen, und ich musste ohne Abendessen nach Hause gehen. Nie wieder.
