Yolo's Mexican Grill in Las Vegas, NV is a fun, festive and bright location that fits in just perfectly at the Ark in Vegas. The eatery has a range of Mexican fare, as well as delicious margaritas. You can find plenty of great options on the menu.
Yolo's Mexican Grill offers up some great appetizers, such as taquitos, honey chipotle wings, shrimp poppers and queso fundido. Yolo's Mexican Grill offers up plenty of other treat options, too. You can try the burritos, chicken tamales, enchiladas, torta burgers, fajitas and much more. The street tacos are a popular option, too.
The dishes we had were good. No problem with the food except skirt steak a bit tough. Server having a bad day. Polite, normal service questions, friendly. All food came at once. Soup, appetizer, dinner about 2 minutes later. Not a ruined dinner, but could have been much better
This place is Awesome, they make this guacamole dip right in front of you that is delicious...I have the tacos.. Delicious and we had our are your own margaritas. Mmmmmm mmmm good...
Table side guacamole was great, but everything else was so-so.
It is located inside a casino so the only complaint I had (and the reason I cannot return) was the amount of cigarette smoke floating around. The food and service were good but I left with a headache due to the smoke.
We had an wonderful time eating dinner here. The food was good and customer service was wonderful. The alcohol drinks was good and prices wasn't too expensive. I recommend if you looking for a good place to eat and drink while visiting.
Had chicken tinga nachos and beef fajita nachos appetizers, not the best choice.... way overpriced for what you get and not great taste.
The noise level was very loud... They had the bar closed up with a group from a convention right at the entrance of the restaurant rather that having their own private room for the group. It was not a good choice for dinner.
Staff was very nice but food wasn't anything special.
The food was amazing and the wait staff were courteous and efficient!
Service was bad had to get our own drinks at the bar, remind our server of what we ordered and no ownership. Mgt cleared things up which made the experience end on a better note.
YOLOS had great margaritas, guac, and fish tacos! A great place to enjoy Mexican food with a group of friends or on a date!
Good place, right off the casino floor so it's a bit noisy but that brings along some good energy.
Food was great. Didn't partake in the tequila menu as it was a night out with the wife so didn't want to get silly, but they had a great looking selection.
Great margaritas, guacamole, and food! We were surprised by the very casual atmosphere of the restaurant. Which isn't bad - but it was our first time there and thought that it was more upscale dining based on Planet Hollywood's webpage.
The only Mexican restaurant I ever went to that didn't give chips ans salsa even had to ask salsa after our tacos arrives extremely small portions
This restaurant is fun. Nothing beats good service, warm chips and fresh salsa!
Like most things on The Strip, this restaurant is a bit overpriced for what you get. The flavors of the main entrees are great, though the sides (like the rice and beans) are a bit bland and unremarkable. I will say that the margarita menu is impressive.
Food was fairly bland. Didn't have much flavor. Had to add jalepenos from my wifes nachos to my tacos to get some flavor.
Very loud, but we expected as much as it's in the casino. Our number one disappointment was the food. We started the meal with the Guacamole Fresca which was average. Between the two of us we ordered fish tacos, a chicken enchilada, sides of each kind of beans (black and pinto), as well as both rice sides (Mexican and cilantro). The fish was very overcooked, the only flavour noted was the corn tortilla. The enchilada was absolutely bland. Mexican rice tasted only of rice, while the cilantro rice at least offered a hint of flavour. The most flavourful aspect of the meal was the beans, which is expected considering canned beans come with high sodium. Best part of the visit was the quick efficient service. Menu did not match online one.
Outstanding service, great food & drinks, what more do you need. Definitely recommend.
If you have never experienced Yolo's Drunken Chicken Nachos, this is a must on your next visit to Vegas....I also love their Cilantro Rice too.
Table side quac was great.
Nachos were smaller than I expected but served with yummy shredded chicken
Blue chip shrimp was somewhat dry
tostada salad hit the spot
If you are headed to Planet Hollywood, Yolo's is a reasonable, good dining spot. The table side guacamole was very good! A little disappointed in the skinny margarita, but overall a good experience.
Food was good. Service was not that great. Our appetizer we ordered came out nothing like she explained when we asked in the beginning. Very loud scenery.
The Service was really nice... and food was excellent... we had a little hiccup in the order but it was resolved immediately and overall recommended !!
Ok food. Nothing great. Service was laughable.
Good food except it is in the casino. Not a smoker so that bothers me. Still good food though.
Staff was terrific...made helpful suggestions. Everything we had was delicious, especially the guacamole made fresh at the table. Shrimp tacos, mahi mahi was mmm mmm good. Husband was full and didn't want dessert until he saw mine...berries and cream taco. He asked for half and hasn't stopped talking about it since! Reasonably priced, delicious food. Definitely would recommend.
4th time at this place . Las Vegas local and I would totally
Come back again and again . Love the chicken fajitas
And the table side guacamole !!!! Great job
The food was fine with a generous amount. Selecting your own ingrediants for a margarita was a fun touch. We we there for a birthday, wishes were given by the staff, but nothing special was done.
3 of the 4 of us ordered margaritas . All had same reaction that the margarita didn't taste like a regular margarita... Different tasting. Can't say I liked it.
This was our first visit and our party of four was very happy with the establishment. The prices were average and portions were just right. The atmosphere was very laid back which allowed us to enjoy our time and not feel rushed.
A very pleasant surprise! Great authentic Mexican food!
Yolo's? Does not sound Mexican. Modern steel, plastic and glass ambiance. Does not look Mexican. But the food! We started with steak nachos that came as individually prepared nacho "boats" with guacamole and a jalapeno on top. Delicious! My main course steak was spice coated and precisely cooked. Tender and melted in my mouth. The taco trio (you can mix and match) was tasty and the margerita one of the best we had lately. A+ and the prices are (surprisingly) reasonable for a place on the strip. Service was great as well. We'd go again, no arm-twisting needed.
I'd still eat here again and again. What a great find on the strip! Reasonable prices, perfect portions and amazing food.
We ordered the drunken chicken nachos, deconstructed...literally one of the best appetizers I've ever had!
Fish tacos were great! Very tasty and great service!
Very good Mexican fare- loved the guacamole, made fresh at your table and good homemade chips to go with it.
I was not aware that it was open to the casino floor so unfortunately some smoking wafted in towards our table and that was unpleasant. The food was good though although the drinks were mediocre. The guacamole was excellent.
My wife and I both loved Yolo's. Service was friendly, prompt and informative. Drinks were tasty. We ordered the fajitas and we both loved them. But a must have for anyone visiting this restaurant is the tortilla chips and guacamole, which they prepare fresh at your table. A real treat and great to watch.
I got the mahi mahi dish and it was bland. My friend got the sopes and she really liked them and the magarita was good too. You also have to pay for your chips and salsa. I know of better places in Vegas with better food, better price and you DON"T have to pay for your chips and salsa.
Looking for a good Mexican restaurant and this hit the spot. The table side guacamole was delicious! I had the shrimp street tacos and they were tasty as well. The house margarita was good too. We will definitely go back.
My friends and I had an excellent waiter. Our margaritas were so good and strong too. We all finished our plates. I'm a vegetarian, so I ordered the vegetable enchiladas, which were very good. Our waiter made our guacamole to our liking. i will definitely go back.
Delicious food. Excellent and friendly service.
