   We should have stopped after the focaccia bread and salad. What happened next was an exercise in waiting, then finally receiving lukewarm food, followed by genuine apologies from our waiter and restaurant manager who offered to re-do the pasta and broccolini (we turned down the offer for another steak dish because it would take too long — 35 min for steak?). All this to then be served new dishes that were only moderately warmer then before. Clearly there are issues with the kitchen, or timing of when the dishes are done and when they are delivered, really not sure where the problem lies. Not a good experience.

   I can’t believe how much exchange since the last time I was there two years ago. The service was beyond terrible. I literally had to get up from my table 3 times to find a server. Upon spending $3500 on a table for six I would’ve expected at least some attention from the staff.

   The wife and I went for our 18th anniversary and were blown away by the food, the drinks, the friendly service, and the overall ambiance. Perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion.

   Another wonderful experience at Yolan. We’ve recently transitioned to a seed oil free diet and we were really happy with all the options that we had that met our forty preference. Special shout out to our sever who was very attentive to our needs and the chef for doing a seed oil free twist on the duck so we could enjoy it.

   It was so dark needed flashlight to look at menu. Our drink had obviously sat on the bar awhile as it was watered down. Our entree was over cooked and tasteless.

   Food was pretty good but the service was incredibly slow. We were told we had the table for 1:45 minutes but did not receive our food until 1:25 minutes into our time. Terribly slow with no explanation as to why. Cannot recommend this place. Much better service at plenty of other restaurants in Nashville with really good food.

    Roncie took care of us, very knowledgeable about the menu as well as wine list. Bread and whipped ricotta was amazing, fried olives bursted with flavor, pasta was Devine. Duck was my favorite. Great place to celebrate a birthday dinner for a loved one.
