Yokozuna - Downtown Tulsa
We love Yokozuna but the service was not as great as usual.
We were almost the first seated and ordered almost immediately. Some tables around us arrived later ordered and finished their lunch before we we were served. The food was great as always but getting food out of the kitchen was a problem of unknown origin.
Great sushi. Fun place in the blue dome district of Tulsa. A must try is the hot mess roll 😻
The only thing wrong was we had asked for the spicy mayo to be left off the tuna burger. It was still put on it. I didn’t want them to make a whole new burger because my husband and I split it. He wanted the mayo. I did not. So I just had them toast me a new bun and I replaced the bun. Still good burger. My mouth was a bit on fire though! 😳
This was a date night for my husband and I on NYE. It was wonderful, our server was perfect, and the food was fantastic!
Mongolian beef was way overcooked like beef Jerkey and ride was either undercooked or dry. Calimari was battered way too heavily and seamed liked it was also cooked in old oil. Midi soup was really good. Sushi was good. Seams like Yokozuna has really gone down hill over the years. Not worth the money and doesn’t live up to previously set standards.
Always a good time and good food
Wonderful. Always nice. Enter food and service than at one on Yale.
Awesome food, with awesome ambiance for a nice quiet dinner
I took some friends here who'd never had Yoka because everything is so good there, I knew they'd love it. Yoka did not disappoint! My favorite sushi place for sure!
Very nice atmosphere, sat at the bar area and got great service. Great place to go before a show at the PAC but need to make a reservation.
The pork gyoza was AMAZING! The pork belly was a little tough and the cilantro was a little heavy handed in the pork belly taco. The sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. The atmosphere was fun and felt private even with so many tables. Would definitely recommend!
Always a good experience. I always go here before my Broadway show. Great service & food!
The food is delicious and our waitress was wonderful and nice. The atmosphere is beautiful. Definitely one of my favorites.
Excellent food & service. One of my favorite places to eat. Love the sweet potato fries. Best in Tulsa!
Great food for a great price! Service was wonderful!
The wait staff was great. The food was awesome as always! This place is always a winner.
Always love going to Yoko - food is super fresh and the service is great! Our server Saturday night was exceptionally good.
Definitely. My wife and I love going there, the food is always great and we try new drinks every time we're there.
We love to go here before concerts downtown. The atmosphere is great, service is outstanding, food is delicious! We will keep coming back!
Great service, consistent food, and good location. What else do you need?
Good food, good service, predictable dining time. Great for lunch before the theater.
Alexis was my Bartender, and she was nothing short of Amazing!...
Dinner out with mom
Our server was excellent! The food was good. Nice to have vegan options
Amazing food, great vegetarian options, and wonderful service
Just an average experience. Our service was poor - we waited nearly 10 minutes at our table before we were greeted by our waitress, and it didn’t get any better from there. It kind of set the tone for the entire evening.
We made a reservation and we were sat in uncomfortable table. When I asked if we could move to one of the 2 booth’s or a bigger table that was empty the server said no because there are already reservations for those. Although I made a reservation too and they sat only 2 people in the larger tables and booth? The food isn't amazing its pretty basic and my sushi was warm. I prefer the fish cold at least. The service is incredible
My wife and I took our 5 kids here for dinner. 9yrs - 11 months old. We got a few strange looks from other customers. The staff was very friendly and interacted with the kids “ explaining what was in the rolls” . We had a great experience. The food was delicious.
Yokozuna is a great place to a host girls night out! Always great drinks and a lively crowd. The food was amazing. I'll be back 😉
Fantastic food and fun atmosphere! Good date place but also good to bring kids.
Meesh was great
Good service & ambience. Food didn’t have much taste and was rather bland and was the disappointing piece. Wasn’t horrible by any means just not much flavor.
Yokozuna was a fun place to take our family. A good selection of Sushi, sashimi and japanese dishes. I had the Ahi which tasted very fresh and the Pork Belly Tacos which were great! The setting is a little loud, but fun and lively. I personally would have liked to see a bigger sake selection with a few more Daiginjo's and at least one Nama
Favorite downtown food, hands down. I would Recommend making reservations on the weekends.
Took my 7 yr old daughter on a date there. It was great. Staff was wonderful. Great experience.
This was my first time to visit a restaurant of this type. I brought family and friends with me to dine prior to a play at the PAC. It was convenient. The atmosphere was outstanding. The food was very good. I wouldn't say excellent as my cousins Mongolian beef, while it tasted great, was almost to the point of being burnt. The raw tuna sushi was warm and not cold. But all agreed the flavor was very good. the ginger was fresh. I would come here again and try something different.
It was okay, but I have had better experiences here. It was all pretty subpar. I brought my mom for her birthday so I'm a little upset.
