THE best ramen in the city! I ordered the beef ramen...there were layers of flavor and depth. I really enjoyed my ramen, from the soy egg, to the beef, to the noodles. You can tell the noodles are fresh and never frozen. The drinks were amazing and hand crafted. The service was great as I ate at the bar. Definitely worth a visit.
Excellent service. Great bar. Average bar food. Pricey food.
Temp was cold due to garage door. Too dark to see menus or food.
Kimchi served cold.
We thought we would be impressed per the website photos and other reviews. We did, however, do the late night dining which includes load karaoke. We ordered each bowl available and thought the better bowl (spicy ramen) was very mediocre and not spicy, the mushroom bowl was overly salty, and the beef was nothing to rave about. $60 for 3 bowls, a beer, and an addition to a bowl (fried tofu). Overall, we can say we have tried the place and checked it off; a place not of high recommendation. I will, however, try it for your own experience first hand rather than others’ in case you enjoy it.
Unfortunately, we have had great ramen before and this was not anywhere close. The server was not knowledgable and the food was poor. Pork belly should never be tough and dry and I was put off by the pork sausage being a breakfast patty. We were super excited to try this place and were very disappointed.
We had a great dinner at Yokohama. They had a new menu so we tried the beef and the spicy miso ramens. Both were delicious, and there was none left to take home from either bowl, worth it. Didn’t try any other dishes so we will definitely be back to order some of those.
Best meal I’ve had in a long time. Great experience all around. Can’t wait to be back!
