   Great restaurant, good food, and amazing service...just not a WOW experience as I expected, since we had to reserve with 3 weeks in advance.

   Seems like recession hit this place. Big change from the first time I went to now when it comes to sushi roll portions. The waitress kept putting the food at the middle of the table when we each order our own stuff and was not meant to be shared. Never refilled my glass of water and only gave us one ponzu sauce ramekin for 3 people so we all had to dip our sushi in the same bowl which is kind of disgusting. Flavor was decent. Used to be very good, not so much now.

   I am a regular customer. My last visit was disappointing. Service was as good as the waiters could offer, but the kitchen had issues. Food took a long time between plates and they came in random order. Not what we expected. I guess next time will be more of the usual impeccable experience.

   Food is always great but the service has gone downhill the last two times I’ve gone. I’m talking 30 min to get a bottle of sake and Diet Coke. Having to remind severs several times of stuff we are waiting on. 5 servers standing at the bar and no one bringing anything. Not to mention we were sat 40 min after our reservation time and no apology. It’s too bad this place used to be one of my top sushi places but the service and wait time stops me from booking again soon.

   La comida siempre rica, y el servicio estuvo bien. La segunda vez que fuimos tuvimos que esperar 45min afuera esperando, pero nos recompensaron con unos aperitivos (aunque nos habían dicho que nos iban a dar una botella de saque que nunca llegó). Todo lo demás muy rico.

   Great restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. The only downside was that we weren’t informed at the door about the 2-hour time limit per table. However, the staff kindly accommodated us at the bar, and we were able to keep enjoying this amazing place. I’d definitely come back!

    10/10 ⭐️ Excellent service (s/o to Fabiola) The drinks were great, the food… unbelievable!!! Must try: Pork Belly bao buns! Can’t wait to come back!
