Simple and delicious variations on seafood staples.
Great food, experience and service…
Great service, lobster roll was great, but portion size was small for the price. However, fish tacos were nice sized for the order.
My husband ordered the soup which came delivered ice cold. He was reminded that the last time he was there, the soup was also cold. The chef was kind enough to come to our table and apologize. My husband did not accept his offer of bringing another bowl of soup. My ceviche was delicious. I ordered the chopped Boss Chop Salad. It was completely flavorless. My husband had the Chop Louie Salad and said the same thing. Another negative were the cocktails. I had a greyhound that was only grapefruit juice and my husband had one of the vodka cocktails that seemed to be missing the vodka as well. We were totally disappointed and sadly will not be back. So unfortunate, as the restaurant is nice and service was good...
I had the Maine Lobster roll and the elite corn and they were good. It’s a good spot for a chill vibe.
Certainly a great place to go if you love lobster rolls. All of the dishes our guests ordered received a thumbs up. I ordered the California lobster roll, lobster bisque and a vodka with grapefruit juice. Would return next time we visited Dallas.
The front of house gentleman, Nicholas I believe was his name - was extremely rude and ruined what would have been an enjoyable experience. Food was okay, and normally I’d be willing to try again, but honestly the front of house experience was so terrible that this is a one and done.
portions are a bit small....we were hungry still when we got home....
quality of food...excellent
Great service and good food - but pricing is way on the high end.
Solid patio with heaters outside. Good meal and great service
We enjoyed a lovely dinner before going to a play nearby. Highly recommend the Popcorn Lobster Tacos!
The entire staff was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and attentive! The special of the day scallops on a bed of roasted corn was outstanding! The flavor literally exploded on my tongue! My lobster roll was perfection. The only thing that didn't just blow us away was the Mac and cheese which was too cheesey for us but our waitress Marissa took it back with no issue. Marissa was very funny and made our experience even more enjoyable. I'm happy I choose to spend my birthday with Yo Lobster and I will definitely be back!
This restaurant is always constant and delicious.... The service is always genuine and efficient.... Drinks are great it truly is a great place to eat fish and I am a fish snob having grown up in New England....
Great. Need more sound absorbing tiles as the ambient sound from tables talking was surprisingly loud.
'twas delish. And by that I mean it was delicious.
Pleasant evening on the patio - nice wine selections, great service, tasty food.
Great food and atmosphere. Enjoy dining at Yo Lobster!
Excellent food excellent service. Nick does it again!
Overall experience was good, the Slushes could of been better.
Great bbq shrimp tacos, fries & frozen cape cod! Server was amazing.
Outstanding from start to finish. Great food great service.
We both had the lobster rolls. I had the Connecticut which was hot and my friend had a cold one. They were delicious. Our waitress was very friendly. Yes, I would definitely recommend having lunch here to my friends. Finding a parking place was a little challenging, but we did finally get one.
Love love love.
Need I say more!!!
Great place , good food , great service
Fraternity semi formal dinner
Food was delicious. Server was amazing.
Great tasting food!!
This was my first visit to Yo Lobster! The service was excellent (a young lady named D assisted me) and the food was very good. I will look forward to going back to try one of their warm lobster rolls.
Have been multiple times but never for brunch. Their breakfast/brunch items are limited but the best French toast I have ever had.
The food and service was good, just overpriced for this type of food and restaurant.
This was our first time here. The fried chicken and French toast was amazing! My husband had the lobster Benedict it was the best Benedict I’ve ever tried.
Pleasant and delicious lunch !
Sept 10 ok
I just adore this place. The food is incredible! The ambience is friendly and beautiful!
My wife and I went to Yo Lobster based on a D Magazine recommendation that they had "Best Lobster Roll in Dallas." It was far from it. I ordered the Connecticut Lobster Roll and it turned out to be a few dry, tasteless chunk of what was supposed t to be lobster in a roll. My wife's salmon was okay but the lobster roll was disappointing to say the least. They did have good key lime pie which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. Yo Lobster was way over priced and they definitely need to work on what they call a lobster roll. There are much better seafood places in the Dallas area. Needless to say, we won't be back and won't be recommending it to friends as well.
Looking for a new experience drew us here, mostly based on the menu. No disappointment! The seafood was of superior quality and the service top notch. It is almost hyper critical to mention that: it is a little on the expensive side and, portion size was small. Still, Happy Hour specials were plentiful and more than reasonable. A recommended stop for those that love seafood and for a casual but upscale dining experience.
We went very early, first table in with reservations and they seated us all the way back by the kitchen. Rude. I guess because of our child. We ordered both of the fish specials and neither were any good. Stay with the lobster rolls. Love the music and atmosphere and our service was good.
Our waiter, David, was great
Outside seating not so nice this time. Lots of flies and ants.
We were charged $3 for two little pieces of toast for a child. Appetizers are pricey and small. Waitress was not friendly.
